Leggins: go for cotton ones. Also don't skip out on wearing pyjama pants under other pants! Pretty sure it could create a cool look with a skirt over pyjama pants as well! :)

5:07 An alternative to get rid of clothes (that's not charity shops) might be textile artists working w deadstock, or remake artists. Also textile schools, or even elemetary schools that have handicrafts classes. (To spark ideas to prolong the lifespan of textiles, instead of turning them to landfills)
Not truly progress, but a re-up = COWBOY BOOTS! Plain ones, embroidered ones, lizard ones, multi-colored ones, ankle-high or tall. SO gooooood. (2nd hand is best)

I try to edit my wardrobe every now and then, but I usually fail miserably. The advantage to not editing is (of course) that I have a lot more to choose from. There are many things I don't wear a lot (or have never worn) so I make a conscious effort to actually wear them. Some pieces are very distinctive/high impact and don't need to be worn a lot to deserve a space in my closet - I might wear them once or twice a year, and that's fine to me. The accessories thing is so important. I often wear turtlenecks and skip scarfs, but I love gloves. My favourites ones are black alligator from Prada and Lanvin, and I found both pairs BNIB for hundreds instead of thousands. ✨
I live in a cold and wet climate and a statement jacket/coat whatever is an essential. Nobody is ever gonna see my actual outfits so I might as well have my jackets say something about me. I never reach for my neutral basic jackets, it feels uninspiring to me. It does cause a slight storage problem though. I have too many jackets! There is a huge gap in the winter accesories market, so i’m going to design something that will hopefully keep me warm while not being itchy and not a skimask and in sustainable materials. Wish me luck 😂
