Modern Ubisoft design just doesn't fit Splinter Cell at all so I'm surprised this is happening. If they stray too far from something like Blacklist, it'll be awful. Open-world with enemy camps doesn't work with Splinter Cell. I hope it'll be, at most, like Dishonored 2 in which levels were a lot larger than the first with more ways to approach it. Maybe tools that allow different access points while disallowing others would be cool to unlock. Like a grapple hook, wirecutters, Payday 2-like intel that enables certain actions, etc.
@@adaptorperish1322 They’re also probably doing it because of the current backlash and bad press Ubisoft has been getting. Jedi Fallen Order only became a thing because of the monumental backlash the EA made Battlefront games got. Therefore, EA had to make a good, dedicated single player game that isn’t part of their usual business model to get some good press back.
I think there's a balance to be struck between how Blacklist did story and how the original did story. Like you said, Blacklist was a bit heavy-handed in terms of cinematics, but I don't personally agree with the anti-linear sentiment. Giving the player choice is all well and good, but if it really isn't a choice at all, it isn't good. That's the complication with combining choice with story. In the example you used as a visual (when Sam is using the gadget to hear the elevator conversation), the mission fails if you don't listen to the dialogue. One could argue that you really DON'T have a choice in that instance. The reason the devs gave you no choice is because then the player would not hear pertinent story information. I believe that the way it was done in Blacklist, while not ideal, is at least transparent. It's obvious that you have no choice in this moment and they don't try to mince words by pretending you do. One could argue that it's better to throw players into cutscenes because there's an established understanding between the audience and developers that "this is a moment where you have no control." In the context of Splinter Cell: Choice is good, but not at the expense of the narrative. That's been their philosophy from the first game to Blacklist. Lambert always dies, the people you spare/kill in Blacklist are ultimately meaningless to the story, etc. As per your statements about forcing the player into action sequences... I'm surprised to say that I also don't agree. I agree that you should accommodate the Ghost playstyle, but that isn't the ONLY playstyle (in fact, it's quite the dedicated and hardcore minority). That moment in the presidential palace when the lights go out is such an iconic and identifiable moment in the franchise. Franchise-defining moments like those would be completely lost if we only focused on the ghost playstyle. As vocal as the dedicated ghost-playthrough fanbase is, the tagline has always been "stealth action redefined." Stealth AND action. This could mean them working together in tandem, or them being mutually exclusive of one another. Regardless, the balance should not be tipped one way or the other. With newer technology, I think they'll be better able to accommodate both types of players because both types exist and one is not more valid than the other. Sorry, a bit of a rant there, but I'm personally tired of this community telling each other what Splinter Cell is supposed to be. People need to take a step back like the developers and read the original tagline.
PRAISE BE TO FISHER. THIS IS INSANELY EXCITING ALTHOUGH I AM INCREDIBLY NERVOUS. I agree. The new (old) game should be built with Chaos Theory in mind. It NEEDS Michael Ironside and the original cast if they're all still alive. Would be cool if they include a ton of different gear and guns and goggles and outfits, and make them unlock able by performing specific feats of Splinter Cell prowice. Getting thru certain areas undetected unlocks things, knocking out certain npc’s unlocks things, etc…
I’ve just played through chaos theory after your recommendation and thoroughly loved it, it feels so different to most games I play nowadays. I’d love them to really take note from it since I’m not a fan of the modern attempts at stealth games
The first things that popped up in my mind about what I hope this remake would do were the following: 1. Obviously new graphics, I hope they optimize it well and give options regarding Sam’s HUD. 2. The ability to go prone, I love doing this in games that allow this, it gives more stealth opportunities. 3. A small “open-world”, like you said, a linear layout but with lots of options to approach it, giving it replay value. 4. All cutscenes are ingame, like you said, always staying in control of Sam. 5. After beating the game, giving new options like new missions on new maps that weren’t in the original. Last one: I don’t really need a competitive mode or even a cooperative mode, just Sam alone on a mission. Obviously no NFT, no microtransactions etc. Dlc that brings new maps I would pay for though.
I hope they don't do the modern thing where they make fisher run and jump at light speed and feel like he weighs 40 pounds. Even in the original Sam had weight to him like an actual human being
If they're going to "remake" the og Splinter Cell, I would hope they remake 'Pandora Tomorrow' and 'Chaos Theory'. With that said, I would hope they make the remake similar in style to 'Chaos Theory' and not like 'Blacklist' which felt a bit cartoony and 'arcade-like' in comparison. It would be cool if 'Pandora Tomorrow' keeps the jungle theme but focused (at least partially) on Cartels in South America rather than some terrorist group in Indonesia (for anyone who wants a 'Splinter Cell' movie, watch the 2015 movie 'Sicario'- particularly the final 30 minutes or so). I've been thinking about this remake quite a bit and two levels that I think would be cool would be The Pentagon (for og Splinter Cell) and ADX Florence (for 'Pandora' remake assuming Cartel storyline) as both are two of the most secure places on Earth. It would also be cool if they made a 'highest' difficulty which could only be played in first person- I actually thought about this in 2013 with 'Blacklist' as it would make the game more challenging as you wouldn't be able to look around in 3rd person (but this would have to be done right). Finally, if they can't retain Michael Ironside, another person who has that 'voice' is Kiefer Sutherland- anyone who has seen the movie 'Phone Booth' knows what I'm talking about....just some thoughts of mine :)
If they couldn’t get Michael Ironside back I think that they should use the voice from siege. That persons voice sounds much better than the voice in blacklist
The same Ubisoft that completely changed Rainbow Six into a 5v5 multiplayer hero shooter, and Ghost Recon into an open world drone infested shitball (pun intended), and soon to be Battle Royale. On a side note, Michael Ironside is Sam Fisher to me. I understand if they want to move away from that, but make a new character if you have to. Dont get another voice actor and try and pass him off as Sam. Personally I think Michael Ironside still has plenty of life left in him. He is a voice actor, not a stuntman. Look what Halo is doing. They still have Steve Downes, Jen Taylor, Jeff Steitzer etc decades later.
Considering how well Blacklist managed to merge Conviction's faster pace head shot bananza with early SC's more open map design and methodical stealth mechanics, I'd honestly be perfectly happy if they just remade the original Splinter Cell in the modern style in line with Blacklist. The gun play and cover mechanics were overall well made, meaning the more action oriented moments weren't frustrating as the mechanics were designed to be perfectly functional in an action context, the movement mechanics were really great, the stealth, again, while not as deep as Chaos Theory or even the original, were still well done, the map design, while still being linear, was well thought out and based around the movement mechanics, allowing for a surprising amount of options in avoiding or flanking enemies, and, as I discovered in my numerous replays of the game, there was actually a surprising number of different routes you could take to get to your objective, from kicking in the front door and blasting your way through to scaling cliffsides, cutting open the backs of tents to sneak through, climbing pipes and crawling through vents. As a personal hope, I want them to bring back all the difficulty options Blacklist had. I want to be able to replay level after level in baby cakes easy mode where I can feel like John Wick, popping skulls and effortlessly tearing through enemies in a dance of knives and gunfire, all the way to ball bustingly difficult enemies with 360° vision cones like they all have a byakugan, your bullets are dart guns outside of a perfectly placed head shot and you go down faster than a mayfly in heat. Also, I'd actually prefer them to include some kind of multi-player mode like Spies vs. Mercs and have them pump that mode full of micro transactions, rather than ruin the single player with it.
I have a horrible feeling about this game. At this point I don't trust ubisoft to get anything right. This should just have been a sequel with a new operative and maybe Sam in the role of Lambert, but going for a remake, likely _without_ Ironside, could go all sorts of wrong. However I'd be overly happy to be proven wrong.
I hope they have like four buildings are connected to each other by a rope or something and like there’s windows on them and people can see you from the other buildings and shit that would be fucking sick
As someone who reveres Blacklist just as much as Chaos Theory (Though Blacklist is my favorite game of all time...), I hope they find a healthy balance between the core stealth of before and the Tom Clancy Techno-Thriller Experience of Blacklist. Like, I find the cinematic cutscenes make for a more immersive experience than everything happening during gameplay. Though, yes, technology has advanced enough so that the "listening in during the elevator ride" can look just as convincing as if it were a cutscene. So stuff like that should stay a gameplay element.
Not excited at all. Considering what happened with RE3 remake and the GTA definitive edition, I personally don't think the remake is going to do well. I don't think most people are going to like it (not true fans of splinter cell anyway) and I think its going to be similar to what they did with Blacklist and Conviction, because its a remake and not a remaster, which means there is a good chance they'll butcher it.
It's amazing that Ubisoft have Clint Hocking (scriptwriter, lead level designer and creative director for Splinter Cell Chaos Theory) currently working for them, and yet they have tasked him with developing another Assassin's Creed game. And this is after he was creative director for Watch Dogs: Legion at the Toronto studio. Shows the incompetence of modern day Ubisoft.
In 2015 when he came back at Ubisoft, Clint Hocking said that he didn't want to work on Splinter Cell right away. Because back then he worked so hard on Chaos Theory that he ended having mental health issues, so he wanted to step away from Splinter Cell. He talked about that in his blog by the way. So maybe he doesn't feel ready yet to work again on this franchise.
As...not that great as Breakpoint was the fact that you sometimes need to use nightvision during night time, can shoot off lights and interrogate guards to get info gives me hope that if they made a (non-open-world) Splinter Cell game and went a little deeper into the stealth mechanics (or make it more like the original trilogy) it could work, especially when the devs seem to at least care a little...then again I don't expect anything more than mediocrity when it comes to Ubisoft
I'm really hoping they don't go for open world as well. It just wouldn't fit the SC dynamic. At the very least, they should give us a remake of the og trilogy so we have a solid 36 individual missions to play and then, if they're feeling ambitious, make a 4th installment that is open world. I'm not opposed to open world as a whole, but it would be the wrong move for re-entering the franchise...and by "open world" I mean in the fashion as MGS (NOT like an RPG).
I Hope the becomes the Great Coop Mode from Chaos Theory. Chaos Theory was the greatest Splinter Cell. In this year Splinter is 20 years old and still looks ok for a 20 year old Video Game
As you and many other said before: Chaos Theory was probably, at least imho, the perfect entry in the whole Splinter Cell series. It was the perfect bland of stealth and (modern) game mechanics, narration and action without tilting too much on either side.
Chaos Theory is also the funniest game in the franchise. the dark humor, the cowardly crying enemy guards being so scared of darkness and how they almost piss themselves in fear when Sam interrogates them is the high point of Chaos Theory. also Grim making fun of Sam being old is just funny. or Lambert telling Sam he needs adult diapers. all characters in Chaos Theory have been so well developed. props to Ubisoft Montreal for creating this masterpiece.
Honestly with the loss of Tenchu by Fromsoft, I need a real stealth game again. The last 12 years of "hide in grass" approach to stealth has been incredibly dull.
I hope we get a total remake reboot sorta of thing like how modern warfare got a total reboot in 2019 with a new engine and story compared to the first game
I know there was a Ubisoft meeting in hopes to make the next splinter cell a game where Sam slowly walks through the woods with his daughter. I just know it.
I totally agree, but I'm quite optimistic. It still is the first title and I think they know the Splinter Cell community enough to know that they have to don't mess things up like they did with all their other titles. I remember earing about a rumor of an open world Splinter Cell game some time ago, but now they reveal something that is totally opposite...
Ironside wj be back as sam especially since they used him for wildlands and breakpoint they didnt use him for siege cause he was sick at the time so hopefully he could record the voicelines for sam in siege
I think a lot of people are still confused by the term remake and remaster. A remake means they are redoing the entire game, that comes from levels, movement, plot, weapons; a remaster is a simple touch-up. This is not going to be the same game that you played growing up. This is the same fundamental idea with the mindset of being made again 20 years later, with the strengths and shortcomings kept in mind throughout development. I myself will most likely buy the game when it comes out, but I will be extremely cautious of it. I hope that this comment ages poorly and we maybe get to see a new title that doesn't fall short. However, I am fairly confident that they will not be able to surpass the original title. All I honestly could ask for is a remaster of the old titles, and is all I have ever really wanted from Ubisoft for Splinter Cell. Especially support for Chaos Theory with having P2P so the community would not have to rely on VPNs to actually play together.
If there's gonna be monetary bullshit, save it for the multiplayer however, if there is multiplayer, it better be SvM and it had better be solid and considering it's the team who made Blacklist, that shouldn't be a push, I loved SvM in that game.
Version 1 or 2? If it’s the former, I agree with you. It nails the tone of the game perfectly, especially the opening when Sam learn’s about Sarah’s (faked) death. I only don’t count version 2 because I haven’t played it yet though I do have it now.
I'm not very confident in modern Ubisoft remembering what made the SC series so great but we'll only have to hope for now. At least they're not changing it into some open world garbage like what people were claiming a couple weeks ago.
Despite the poor reputation Ubisoft has gotten in recent years, I am fully rooting for them to make this an amazing game. They already said they are going back to their original formula for Assassin's Creed: Mirage, and while we have yet to see gameplay of that, I remain optimistic. I have been craving an addition to the Splinter Cell series for a while now, and finally got around to playing through all of the older games. I had started with Conviction and Blacklist back when they originally came out. The rest of the games went on sale at one point, and I bought them all up; after having them installed and unplayed for 2 years, I went on a marathon of all four games. It was a huge change of pace from what I was used to, but it was a great experience. My favorite is now Chaos Theory; the story and gameplay were great. I loved the optional interrogations you could do to gather information, and was disappointed that it was not something I was able to experience in Conviction or Blacklist. I am surprised that Ubisoft did not end up continuing the story with the new characters they introduced. Maybe they are too attached to Sam Fisher to let him go? I can understand that; he is a great character, but they didn't even decide to tackle the conflict with Voron and Kestrel; he was so cool in Conviction and I would have loved to get another chance to play as him. I know there's Blacklist Aftermath, but I can't exactly play a book now, can I? There's a lot of naysayers already preparing for a shitstorm of a game, but I really think Ubisoft will pull through. In any case, we will just have to wait and see what happens.
Though the news on its own is exciting, given the trends of AAA industries. I'll hold back on any excitement until it launches. I carry the same 'remake-fatigue' that you're feeling. It just seems like theres no original ideas left and its just down to Remasters and Remakes to dominate the industry.
If they either bring back Name Of The Game or get The Crystal Method to do some song or another for the game, the way that Capcom got Lifeseeker to do His Name's Frank (West) for Dead Rising 2: Off The Record, I think that would genuinely be the push I need to at the very least try the game out, if whatever gets announced in the future puts me off of wanting it
I see this as the best case scenario for more SC. Blacklist was okay, but weightless feeling movement, drones, and expanded arsenal was way too much of a departure from the originals for my taste. Remakes of the originals is the only scenario in which I could realistically see them dialing any of that back.
@@rhuan3d It must be some magical combination of control, sound design, and animation because the climbing, mantling, and aerial take downs feel the models have actual weight to them. I've yet to play a game that nails it quite like Chaos Theory.
If they'll do what IOI did with the last 3 Hitman games or what happened with the Resident Evil remakes, I think there's the possibility that this remake could revamp the stealth genre. Can't wait to learn more
I'm not going to hold my breath with this game. Splinter Cell was my childhood, there's no way anything they release short of Chaos Theory 2.0 is going to live up to my expectations. Someone already mentioned this in the comments, but Ubisoft isn't necessarily going to remember what made SC so great. They're just following the remake/reboot fad that lazy developers have been falling back on for far too long now. But hell, I was shocked at how good MW 2019 turned out, so MAYBE Ubisoft can come in clutch with SC. I'll wait until the game drops and I see some actual reviews on it.
Instead of making a sequel, they make a remake? Let's hope at leat that it will be made in the resident evil 1 remake style where it only improves, adds, preserve, is sold at a reasonable price and doesn't have dlc, not in the re 2 & 3 remake styles where it also cuts, downgrade, change, overprice the game and has dlcs.
Considering the state of modern games, remakes are great. I prefer that they try to recreate something that is great, rather than doing what they've been doing. Hopefully, they'll learn something during the process. It could be great if they add new paths. I hope they significantly deepen some of the levels. It will allow fans to get something new out of the game. They should definitely remove the need to interact with any people but the main targets, even if it requires the player to take a more difficult path. I'm still waiting for an S.C. game that can be played without ever contacting anyone in the A.O. (at least, except for ones that the game tells you about.) They need to add the sound meter (with the ambient sound level.) Adding the O.C.P., the E.E.V., and some other gadgets would be nice (especially, the EEV.) Whistling is silly; I would rather have a knock or something, but jumping and sprinting are almost as good. Blacklist's cutscenes were very annoying. It's bad that they made the gameplay faster but then slowed down the game with the cutscenes and a horrible airplane hub. The original cast would be great. Sam's actor in Blacklist was horrible. A PVP mode would be nice, but that should be tacked-on after singleplayer and cooperative play. I want to see them add some new missions and a cooperative campaign.
They pulled pandora tomorrow and now they want us to pay for a remake of the original. Whats next? Are they going to cut out micheal ironsides? Might as well make it "appeal to a more modern lgbtq sensitive" shoe horned experience that doesnt fit the narrative but simply checks a socially acceptible box for austerity.
well, with Capcom remaking Resident Evil 2...and 3 smh The announcement of Dead Space remake I guess It makes sense for more companies to remake old IPs
Don’t penalize our stealth score for going lethal unless the mission specifically states no kills. By handicapping us you’re forcing a non-lethal approach and eliminating our gameplay freedom.
A new Splinter Cell should be kinda like the new Hitman games. Huge simulated levels that where you start out with some goals and limited intel. But as you explore the area and gather intel, new opportunities will arise for you to exploit. Maybe the mission parameters will change drastically with some key info. This could have make changes to later levels dependent on the intel you've gathered. Splinter Cell could do a lot with a more hitman-like design philosophy combined with old school thief the dark project.
Let’s be real, this is the best possible outcome. Ubisoft don’t even trust themselves to make a new splinter cell yet. I think what they are doing is gauging interest/sales to see if a new splinter cell would be worth the financial investment.

@CEM _CJ Very sad to learn that! Thanks for the information
anyone remember the guard that is so fascinated with ninjas? love that bit😁😁
I’ve just played through chaos theory after your recommendation and thoroughly loved it, it feels so different to most games I play nowadays. I’d love them to really take note from it since I’m not a fan of the modern attempts at stealth games
The first things that popped up in my mind about what I hope this remake would do were the following:
Delighted you have done a review. When i first heard the news i came to your channel wanting your opinion. Delighted i can now have it.
If they don’t use michael ironside for sam I am going to be so upset. Been waiting years for another splinter cell.
If they couldn’t get Michael Ironside back
I think that they should use the voice from siege.
I just want a AAA stealth game where stealth is the requirement to succeeding where being discovered means your are most likely going to die.
A list of what we want
-Nuclear power plant and DLC levels
-Spies Vs Mercs
-and rtx
I have a horrible feeling about this game. At this point I don't trust ubisoft to get anything right. This should just have been a sequel with a new operative and maybe Sam in the role of Lambert, but going for a remake, likely _without_ Ironside, could go all sorts of wrong. However I'd be overly happy to be proven wrong.
I hope they have like four buildings are connected to each other by a rope or something and like there’s windows on them and people can see you from the other buildings and shit that would be fucking sick
I hope Clint hocking, director for Chaos theory, will be consulted some considering he's back at the company.
I just realized that Michael Ironside had a lead role in The Last Chapter, a serie about Quebec biker gang that my dad love to death. Neat!
I believe this remake is Ubisoft testing the waters on profitable are new proper stealth game in the modern era of gaming.
Remake of the first game means now that Sam got a kerambit and will be the actor from Blacklist, except he’ll be in Georgia for some reason.
"Bland sprawling checklist simulator" has to be the best definition of modern day Ubisoft games. My feeling exactly when playing AC Valhalla.
My thoughts:
They will fuck this up tremendously.
The darkest timeline is Sam in the remake being voiced by Eric Johnson.
I'm still dying for a Splinter Cell Movie with Tom Hardy cast as a prime Sam Fisher.
Never really beat the first two splinter cells because they were so hard. I’m excited.
January 2023, and I'm only just now finding out about this. Have they revealed much else about it?
and remote vision hacking. an aspect of chaos theory that was insanely cool
Chaos Theory is also the funniest game in the franchise.
the dark humor, the cowardly crying enemy guards being so scared of darkness and how they almost piss themselves in fear when Sam interrogates them is the high point of Chaos Theory. also Grim making fun of Sam being old is just funny. or Lambert telling Sam he needs adult diapers.
all characters in Chaos Theory have been so well developed. props to Ubisoft Montreal for creating this masterpiece.
best part of chaos theroy was luring a group into a knock out gas
I'm glad you brought up the NFT crap in the end lmao
at first I was stoked. then I realized its probably going to be a Uplay exclusive
Friendly reminder: Do NOT preorder. Wait for honest reviews.
As soon as l heard that splinter cell is getting a remake I was like Craig was going to make a video about his opinion
Honestly with the loss of Tenchu by Fromsoft, I need a real stealth game again. The last 12 years of "hide in grass" approach to stealth has been incredibly dull.
June 2023 here, no news
3:54 are people not gonna talk about this?!!
Chris Pratt is - Sam fisher.
I'm sure though Ubisoft will give this series the love and care it needs just like they're doing with Prince of Persia
Can't wait to sell my kidney for the red nightvision googles.
I'm with you, just remake the story of SC1 within the gameplay of Chaos Theory
I totally agree, but I'm quite optimistic. It still is the first title and I think they know the Splinter Cell community enough to know that they have to don't mess things up like they did with all their other titles.
I remember earing about a rumor of an open world Splinter Cell game some time ago, but now they reveal something that is totally opposite...
I really hope they take it back to the basics - looking to Chaos Theory as the ideal template.
And please, no more ridiculous, gun-fu nonsense.
Will Michael Ironside be in this game?? I really hope so.
Ironside wj be back as sam especially since they used him for wildlands and breakpoint they didnt use him for siege cause he was sick at the time so hopefully he could record the voicelines for sam in siege
I hope they add on the split screen coop that chaos theory and double agent had....i dont mean spy vs merc
Say what you will about double agent but the main menu music of that game is awesome it would be awesome if they could add that to this game.
I think a remake for the original is the perfect way to reboot the franchise into relevance again.
If Sam isn't Ironside, I'll be passing.
If they either bring back Name Of The Game or get The Crystal Method to do some song or another for the game, the way that Capcom got Lifeseeker to do His Name's Frank (West) for Dead Rising 2: Off The Record, I think that would genuinely be the push I need to at the very least try the game out, if whatever gets announced in the future puts me off of wanting it
I think we need new Ghost Recon too. Of course not shit like Brakepoint but something similar to Future Soldier
I see this as the best case scenario for more SC. Blacklist was okay, but weightless feeling movement, drones, and expanded arsenal was way too much of a departure from the originals for my taste.
Remakes of the originals is the only scenario in which I could realistically see them dialing any of that back.
You were spot on with "weightless feeling movement". in Chaos Theory and those prior to it the movements were just honey and milk to control
@@rhuan3d It must be some magical combination of control, sound design, and animation because the climbing, mantling, and aerial take downs feel the models have actual weight to them.
I've yet to play a game that nails it quite like Chaos Theory.
@@pjf674 Double Agent tuned up that movement abit minus the crappy framerate
@@kingdomkey2262 Oh yeah. I always forget about that one. It had its moments, but was let down by bad level design.
If they'll do what IOI did with the last 3 Hitman games or what happened with the Resident Evil remakes, I think there's the possibility that this remake could revamp the stealth genre. Can't wait to learn more
I just want to be able to play Spies vs Mercs without having to rely on bloatware to fool the game into thinking that I'm in a LAN
I like how the dude who announced in ubisoft it's a mix between farcry and assassin's creed get silenced when they told it's a remake.
My main concern is if it’s gonna be an next-Gen only title, I’m hoping it’ll still be available on the PS4 and Xbox One platforms
I hope it will be next gen only so they can use the full power of next gen systems
I'm honestly trying to be optimistic but I'm actually worried and I just can't trust Ubisoft.... really hope they don't screw this up..
(at least, except for ones that the game tells you about.)
They need to add the sound meter (with the ambient sound level.) Adding the O.C.P., the E.E.V., and some other gadgets would be nice (especially, the EEV.) Whistling is silly; I would rather have a knock or something, but jumping and sprinting are almost as good.
I want something like the modern hitman games, large open ended levels with multiple pathways and for the love of god bring back Michael ironside
No way this new game will be good.. maybe I’m wrong but I cant see it happening..
i have zero hopes for this considering how publishers f*cked up all those "remasters" in the last years.
I don't want that space-cover system gameplay from Convection, Black list, Division- give us free mobility (like older SC games)
I do not have confidence on Ubisoft making a competent game anytime soon.
I'm of the opinion that this game becomes increasingly, comically juvenile and by a steep degree.
I hope they go with the route the Hitman series took. I’ve always seen Splinter Cell and Hitman as similar games anyway.
You should do a review of Mission Impossible Operation Surma.
well, with Capcom remaking Resident Evil 2...and 3 smh The announcement of Dead Space remake I guess It makes sense for more companies to remake old IPs
The Crystal Method - Name of the Game
2 years later and still nothing 😮💨
Let’s be real, this is the best possible outcome. Ubisoft don’t even trust themselves to make a new splinter cell yet. I think what they are doing is gauging interest/sales to see if a new splinter cell would be worth the financial investment.
They can take their time, I'm just glad I know it's happening
"Damn it Fisher, you kill the fishes. I'm aborting the mission."
Give us Chaos theory multiplayer Mercs vs Spies!
hope Michael Ironside is on board ! for the remake !
