"low cut tops get a lot of views on youtube" Even if he doesnt fix my neck kink, I like this guy already!!
Two days of not being able to move my head and with two minutes of this technique I feel 80% percent better. You rock!!!
Quinn Farol Wonderful!
you are so in tune with the vibration of pain and suffering and seem so connected with compassion and understanding. your too great, thanks,
I had the worst kink i've ever had in my life and listen to this video, I cant believe it. I was in soo much pain and now its gone. Thank you!
OMG, I owe you a beer or what ever you drink. Two days of crippling pain in neck and shoulder blade relieved by 3/4. Thank You Very Much!

Potatoe massage sloth channel ;)
Great video! Thank you so much. Your instructions are easy to follow and it's fun to watch the videos. Greetings from Germany!
works like a miracle! i always have tension in my neck and in worst days a really bad stiff neck.... i believe this will help me a lot! thank you sooo much!
Honestly I love you so much right now. Thank you for this you just saved my day
Hi, thanks for the question! While I'm vastly underqualified to answer, that won't stop me: Your resistance training regimen matters less than your form. Both neck and TMJ pain can be exacerbated by poor posture and tight front neck muscles. Done properly, squats, bench presses, rows, etc will fight poor posture, and won't cause neck strain. That said, most "core" stuff (crunches, sit-ups, etc) will put strain on the very neck muscles that you'd like to calm down. Consider reducing these.
Thank you for this! I've had an excruciating, nauseating pain in my neck for 4 days, this is the only thing that has relieved it even slightly. I was trying not to do anything to aggravate the crick, but even not doing anything was painful! Thanks again.
Thank you so much for this video! Still have some pain/stiffness but definitely feeling some relief!
You are *amazing*. This and your TMJ and wrist videos have been extremely helpful! (I'm a musician, and both of those things are constant thorns in my side, especially after a really long day of practicing or rehearsals). Also, you're ridiculously amazingly beautiful. (always a perk!) :) )
Oh my god you are a life saver the pain went down immediately with this little trick
Really good instructions just what I was seeking many thanks
thanks man!! was amazing help for my neck, hit the spot perfectly! got my sub!
I have to say your advice was amazing, Did exactly what you said and in one night my neck feels 10 times better!!
Thank you so much it's only taken two days of doing this massage movement but my neck has improved so much I can rotate it right round and it was painful for over a month. What a relief I can recommend you to everyone. The other channel went right into stretching the neck to the side which really made it worse so I was skeptical when I saw this one but I also tried your one for rotator cuff I'm sold now and only taking your advice because it works:-)
+Rosie T Awesome, so glad to hear, Rosie :)
That was amazing it worked literally as soon as I let go the pain was gone thank you very much ill be sure to sub and like and share thanks
WOW! THIS DID WORK!!!

Great video...helped me alot
It's working !!! Thank you
Thank you so much😀😀😀
Thanks Ian, What kind of resistance training/ weight training would you recommend for people with TMJ D & neck pain problems? I used to workout A lot before I got TMJ D, now I just do cardio, but would love to do more resistance training . Please advice. Thanks.
Thank you so much!
your massage helped a bit, still stiff but, i did noticed a slight difference so thanks.
Wow!!! This Really Works!!! Thanks!!!
thanks dude I really appreciate it
just the video i need, thanks mate!
Thanks that worked really fast
Slept on my neck wrong the other night has been hurting and stiff for 2 days this helped out a lot with decreasing the pain and increasing the range of motion im going to keep at it and see if i can get it to go away completely thanks
Hi! I watched your TMJ videos and they really help but I still feel a lot of tension in the zone where my neck connects to the back of my head. I suppose it's related right? Could you do a video on that maybe? (thank you! :) )
thx alot,this works really great
you are amazing this helps!!
I had a cricket in my neck all day and couldn't go to sleep (and I had school the next day) so I looked up this video. I did exactly what you said and I slept amazing! thank you so much because this really helped.
dang how did you get a cricket in your neck
+Levi Leatherwood I slept in the weird position where my arm was under my pillow and my head was laying on the pillow and my arm. and I have a bad habit of wanting to pop my neck in the morning and that happened.
Thanks man this really worked
Yep great technique.!
thank you so oooooooooo much you really helped me. I was about into tears on how bad it hurt but now it's not as bad thank you soooo much.:)
it helped for the most part,it's not stiff anymore,so thanks, but it's still a little sore.is this normal and how long aproximately until it goes away?
I get awful neck cramps! They'll last a week, and I cant move it in any direction! I have tmjd, so it makes it worse :(... I'll try out this self massage next time. Also pleease could you answer my question?! Is it normal for the back of your neck to click from time to time? Like when you're walking, or when you stretch? etc. It's hard to describe! But i swear it clicks!! My ENT consultant was not helpful when i asked him :(
thank you so much you saved me. I feel like I've been walking with my head tilted all day !
oh my gosh thanks so much!! two days ago i woke up and it was hurting so much and now its much better and like you said i still cant look behind but i can move it so thank you!! i will keep on doing this if it hurts again right?
+Minecraft GirlGamer/Nicole Yep, you can keep doing this for future episodes, and you may ever consider doing it occasionally while your neck is feeling well, just to maintain your range of motion and keep tension low. Glad you found it useful!
So should I scrap my work out today (its chest day so its a bunch of bench presses) I hurt my neck doing shoulder presses yesterday, but this technique helped me regain a lot of motion.
Jason Morris I know I'm a bit late here, but definitely consider going easy on your workouts while you're in the acute stage of an injury.
I woke up with a crooket neck I tried to stretch it out but fell to the floor lol then just laid there for awhile, but anyways Thanks for the video :) the pain decreased and now I'm going to apply ice !! ;)
It still hurts but I will follow your advice and put ice on it
I think a sideways view would be very useful as well. Thanks for the upload.
Hey mate, thanks for this.I think this maybe the cause of my issues , symptoms are - hearing a gristly crunching noise when moving head from side to side.
Also i find that if i turn my head to the right it gives a sensation similar to an electric shock. At worst it sets all nerves on edge and gives me a sensation of being extremely cold...weird.
I CAN RAISE MY ARM AGAIN thank you!
Beers on me!!! Holy shit this works.
Oops,bi put a back heating pad on my neck and put it on high. If you don't want to move your neck put those car neck pillows on. I'm definitely subscribing.
Carabear04 Right on! Heat can be okay, but (as you realized) it's best not to overdo it. A good strategy is to alternate heat and ice ("contrast therapy": heating pad for 10 minutes, ice pack for 10, repeat as desired), which is something I wish I had mentioned in the video. Thanks for commenting!
Thanks so much it still hurts today. I'm pretty sure I hurt it at swim practice, but still your massaging calmed everything down A LOT! Thank you so much!
Thanks
Hahaha, I laughed so hard! This vid is great.
thx bro il try it hurts so much
I couldn't find that muscle where the pain is coming from after trying this about 10 times. What am I doing wrong?
There's no need to find the muscle (it's actually really hard to feel), just apply pressure in the general region. If this isn't working, try letting your palm come a little further up onto your neck. Be gentle, and don't wrench your neck; think moving skin.
If this isn't doing the trick, discontinue after a few more tries and see a qualified professional who can evaluate you in person. Good luck!
thank you ^c^
earthing is also a must for complete inflammation reduction!!!! Earthing pads!
I wish I could come see you because I have a pain in my neck right now it is hard to turn and look 👇
you know I am really in pain and it disturbs me that I have to wait so long for the answer in videos....it is very important that you keep in mind that people are searching your videos because they need help...usually immediately....it really should not take so long...get right to it.
+Rich Hartzell You mad? lol
When u were saying thing u didn't recommend I'm like no wonder nothing got better I did all of that!m
I was doing everything wrong... Thank you got ice on it now....
I am in so much pain.. I have fibromyalgia and my neck is always tender! Doing these simple touches hurts. This is no way to live. Neurontin medication and Lyrica dont help me.. the only thing that does is swimming. Any advice for fibro sufferers?
Who needs ice Pees for the win 😂😂😂😂😂
it kinda reduces the pain, but it hasn't gone totally yet.
That worked in like two minutes
I have a kink in my neck and this works by one I turn my like it gets a little worse.
WORKED THANKS MAN AND IM A 12 YEAR OLD
Lucky you
i tride 2 methods and it didnt help much it just popped back into hurting pain and now its going to hurt for the rest of the day. ):
Sam Jones Hi Sam, try using even less pressure and a reduced range of motion, even if it feels like you're barely doing anything at all. If it still doesn't help, discontinue and accept my apologies! Let me know how it goes.
😱I don't.... even know How does this work so well 😂😂
Thanks pain is leaving my neck
I get to learn how to self-massage and watch a dude in a tank! 10/10.
Why ice rather than heat?
These days I recommend that people use whichever works for them, and that feels more comfortable. Both have good support in the scientific literature. My go to is always ice, but I shouldn't try to push that on other people :)
www.mypillow.com is an amazing pillow. I have used it for years!
I got a crick in my neck in the middle of a hockey game, I was sooooo pissed off because my coach kept me off the floor 😖😖😡
it won't come out and it's making me sick
This is like looking at my white counterpart. Literally have the same build lol.
screw sleeping with your head on a pillow, just lay flat! XD
WHERE THE FUCK DOES THE ACTUALLY VIDEO START
