Thanks for this review. Long Legs is currently playing at our local Drive In Movie Theater along with Deadpool and Wolverine. I plan on seeing these two movies this weekend. I'll have to make sure I buy a bucket of popcorn for this movie! It sounds as if I'll need it! lol
I'm about your age and I've also wondered why horror movies 10-15 years ago affected me so much more than they do now. Is it that movies aren't as scary now? Or is that we develop a tolerance to being scared with each additional horror movie we watch? I think it's most likely the latter, as you can't argue that the 'The Witch' and 'Hereditary', among others, aren't up there with the best of the 90s and early 2000s.
