Congratulations on 3 k Brendan well deserved, good to see you having a blat on Daisy, looks like we're finally getting a bit of summer here been out with a bunch of mates to a rally the MAG into the valley at Driffield this weekend and a thoroughly fine time we had one and all .Keep it shiny side up .😊
Brendan!!! So glad to see you posted another video! I would not bother with people who dwell on negatives, not worth bothering over. They don't matter in the scheme of things any old way. Amazing that is the same weather for us in the Northeastern States, believe it or not. You live in a lovely land, so I am sure you might still be doing day trips if not on any big road trips. Fuel tank sealer won't fix that leak until your new tank arrives. There are some reasonably priced brands that can be used as a stopgap I would imagine. So, you haven't experienced no big difference on the head steadies? How about foot peg vibes? I finally pulled the trigger on a Halcyon Blue Classic 350. Running it in at the moment. I am the first in my family to ride a Royal Enfield since my grandfather in the 1930's owned one in Ireland. My first bike was a thumper, so it seems that I have gone full circle where my rides are concerned. Most of us out here are cheering you on and looking forward to future wanderings. BTW, Daisey Bell sounded pretty darn good! Cheers buddy!
Gotta start planning lots of day trips, hoping for a dry summer as last year was a washout 😅 Overall she does feel a little less vibey but its also hard to tell as it had been a few weeks since I'd ridden her 😅 Congratulations on the Halcyo Blue Classic 350! If I was getting a new bike, that one in that colour is my number one pick, so I'm jealous! Ride it well, may you have good weather and good roads! 😁
Lovely blast and Daisy sounds gorgeous. Big congratulations on the 3k subs, it should be double or triple but it’s a slow process. “You were hauling ass” 🤣😂🤣 Hope the tank finds its way 🤞🏼
Cheers Saddlebags! Have many of your vids I must catch up on, will do soon 😁 Yes, Marty certainly has a way with words, had to do plenty of censoring on my videos last summer 🤣
Congratulations on 3000 Brendan! ❤ Great news. 👍 Keep up the good work and it's great to see you uploading again. I've just got the Ural back on the road after an engine rebuild so it was great to get out and about on it again... the sun even shone 😂😂 Dont worry about the negative comments mate... you can't please all of the people all the time, nor should you try to. Lots of people really enjoy your content because it's you and because you do things the way you do. Take care and well done again.
That’s been a lovely sprightly ride. I think the criticisms are unfair. Your bike, your rules, Daisy just advises of her disapproval sometimes ❤ I’m reckoning Normandy will be awash with Bullets and Classics next few weeks. Lots of Pegasus and military editions especially, mixing it with WM 20’s and the likes 😊. Otherwise I would agree with the idea of delaying a week or two
Bike sounds good. Gie yer nuts a gentle tighten, if you haven't touched them since installation 😀, a wee gentle tweak :) Don't go Gorilla on them 🤣. Ach the weather has been a scunner , dreich in the extreme typical Scotland :) Been tinkering on my ol' BMW K75 (1987), , badly needed some TLC after 200K odd miles, I did think about washing her, but then I came to me senses :) I carry a ton of tools in my panniers, barely enough room for any pies or IRN BRU , and a selection of wee bolts/nuts , fuses, spare plugs , lengths of electrical wire, cable ties etc etc etc , my jacket weighs a ton 😅 Many times I have "made it home" and fixed her on the road by such measures, much to the amazement of other bikers and lookers on. Bike part dismantled, tools flying left and right , and ..................she fires up and off we go. A lucky streak , it can't last 🤣 Is that the Kells of the Book of Kells fame ?
I'm a bit more pedantic about them these days to say the least 😆 Hopefully the ol K75 is ready for some summer rides, providing the sun comes back to our end of the world soon! Not quite the same Kells, although I think visually it inspired the Cartoon Saloon film The Secret of Kells (which was produced in Kilkenny, so a close reference visually!), the Book of Kells one is up in County Meath! Must take a trip up there some day 😁 Though the book itself is now housed in Trinity Library in Dublin, I believe!
I'd say even if you did sell Daisy, there's plenty of history of her adventures and misadventure on your channel. So any buyer would be well informed of what they would be purchasing compared to those selling and hiding things 👍. And as before, once something does happen you are quick to look and rectify it...and share it 😄👍. Then spook others to checking evey nut and bolt 😂 Will the new tank be another colour or a match to the current one? ...or all to be revealed 😅😄.
Too well informed you might say, so I'm stuck with her for the long haul 😆 All to be revealed... someday soon hopefully, i'm still waiting on it 😅 Will be a fresh look for her though!
What did i tell you about shite on the road ! ( mind you it was a bit of a blind bend ) Daisy really sounds on top form and you were not hanging about . Took delivery of a new bike 2nd week in feb , crap weather but just completed 2700 miles , getting out when it wasn't absolutely hammering down , feels good doesn't it ?
Your wise words come to mind every time now 😂 Congratulations on the new bike, shame about the weather though! It does the soul good when the sun is shining (hopeful for more soon! 🤞)
You are just not technically inclined and quick thinker about problems on the road. So, what.. Not everyone needs to be.. Chill and do what you like and what you can.
Cheers Stefan, would love to be more mechanically inclined but hasn’t quite happened yet 😂 as you said, I try do what I can and leave the bigger jobs to someone more qualified !

Cheers Graham! What I'd give for a WM20! Would be one of the best bikes for touring Normandy, as it has done historically before 😁
