    I’ve waited 20 years to try to figure this song out…. My first love, first time, first everything…. Passed away in a car accident. I’m 40 years old and am finally ready to learn our song. Thank you for posting this. Your lesson will teach to Heaven. Thank from the bottom of my heart and never forget Laina!!!!!

    Do you have a particular source you use when you buy your guitars or do you just shop randomly?

    What’s the little hammer on/off your got going on the D chord I can’t seem to get it

    • @jessyfretz5800
      @jessyfretz5800 3 роки тому +1

      It's made with your pinky when making a natural D-major chord on the fret under your ring finger. Practice just that chord and move slowly, and when you hit it with your pinky hit it like you mean it. It takes some practice to hit it clear enough to ring it, but once you get it down it's natural, and a very cool move that makes you look better than you are, which is also cool for new guitarists.

      I’m 3 years to late but if you practice going from a d chord to a c chord , and hammer on with pinky before transitioning it helps a lot with practice!

    • @jamesjames9275
      @jamesjames9275  2 роки тому

      Some sort of direction? I explained all the chords and how I play it. That’s the only speed I can teach. Did you watch the whole thing?

    • @Disarrayd1
      @Disarrayd1 2 роки тому

      @@jamesjames9275 like teaching what notes of the chord you hit ??? like u didnt mention any hammer'ons or pull offs or anything literally just the chord progression

      @@Disarrayd1 My lessons aren't for beginners. They're for people who already know how to play and want to learn how to learn songs by ear.
