These would be quicker, easier to follow and less distracting if you drew your reactants, etc... ahead of time and then maybe just drew the arrows... Instead you spend all your time painfully trying to draw with your program and it is incredibly difficult to watch. At the end I'm like, "what the heck did he do? I forgot." Getting your materials together and organized ahead of time will actually give you time to teach.

I think this mechanism used is not applicable for secondary amines. Or is it?
The Mannich reaction does work with secondary amines, but the mechanism may have slight differences.
