Depending on which country you purchased the bike it might be a Pulsar or Kawasaki. ...now whether or not this bike was is truly as dilapidated as it initially appears... Plastic doesn't rust and mud doesn't have brush strokes...

I own 1 of this bikes.i love to see restorations about that bike.but in this case it seems kind of staged ,though the frame needs total replacement for those rust must make the frame integrity less and can cause accident if snaps in middle of the ride.

When you take the bike to an authorized Bajaj workshop, the engine and wiring in certain parts will be a headache, but at least for now it works, I congratulate you for at least completely putting the bike together.
Great work however there are many loop holes , which needs to be done correctly, like: you left the oil filter inside while restoring engine, no chain slider installed while installing chain set back, horn was bolted wrong way ,and the worst you placed the cdi in a water tub and engine paint job was not the mark. If you would have worked on these parameters, then it's 10 on 10
