HX Lever Espresso Machine | Timemore Sculptor 078S | Trying Out

A HX lever espresso machine that is fitted with the VBM pistone.
Using the Timemore Sculptor 078S as the grinder and IME E&B 20g basket.
Need more coffee beans to dial in the espresso as the first shot looks too fast and quite a bit of channelling.

Well, personally, I like the lab sweet 64mm cast burrs better than the 78s. It's more versatile as it does an excellent filtered coffee as well as espresso for me. Unfortunately, not so for the 78s.
