2014-2017 Nissan Xtrail/Rogue number plate light bulb replacement (simple method)

My 2016 Nissan xtrail number plate light went out so I went online to check have a quick look at how to replace it only to come across a video where someone removed the whole internal boot lid plastic panel to access the number plate light! I couldn’t believe that this was the only way to change the bulb so I went out to my car to actually check only to figure out that there’s a much easier way to change the bulbs, so I thought I’d make this short video, hopefully it helps someone out

This is an excellent alternative, but honestly, it may be more work than popping the inside panel. The inside panel that nneds come off is only the black panel, and it popps off just like the one panel you popped off. Once you pop the inner panel, it exposes the bulbs right away from the rear side of the bulbs socket. Then you just change the bulbs and pop the panel back on.
