You forgot about the favourite dish of any early 3d level designer: baked lights.
Hard to bake lights without them exploding or melting
@@05degrees Easier to do that than baking physics.
@@BF-wx3zlAnd to your left, you can see a person who didn't get the joke, and so they just re-iterated the joke that started this in the first place. And now, to Vi Hart.
"early"
me, who's been using Source engine for two years:
i wouldnt come up with that joke even with A*
Who needs baking paper when you have graphing paper
Don’t forget the imaginary plane!
how does this guy come out with the weirdest ideas every time
literal fourth-dimensional thinking
inspired by Vi Hart, I'm sure
Very few people think about math this much. Even fewer of those people are well-adjusted enough to know proper cooking techniques, and have the motivation to enact their whimsy.
For example, I meet the first criterion, but not the latter two.
@@AlphaetusPrimeHighly likely (the shortbread looks very familiar to a video she made with her friends, and she made an entire series about mathematical thanksgiving) I’d also argue he’s inspired by the Hart “family recipe” as a whole, since her dad, George Hart, also did some math baking videos back in the day
@@Mothuzadfirst and last but lest the instructions are given, I am cannot make it.
Why aren't all wonton strips möbius strips?? This is such a good idea
Perfect for Christmath!
Them: No matter how thin the pancake, it always has two sides.
Codeparade: Hold my beer.
They look on in awe as he makes a long pancake fliping one side and attacking it to the other now a one sided mobius pancake.
Looking forward to a 4D pizza next time
i disagree, i like hyperbolic pizzas better, the closer u are to the edges, u have exponentially more pizza to eat
I can't think of a way how to make a 4D pizza, but I just imagined how one can make a sideways 3D pizza. You need a pizza, that you need to cut in concentric circles. When serving, you need to assemble the pizza from center to border, and then eat it from border to center. When projected on 4D spacetime in a frame of reference of your house, this pizza will approximate a 3D shape, but with one of the spatial dimensions replaced with time. It probably will be an extremely deformed sphere, that doesn't even look like a sphere, but I'm sure that it still will bring a whole new dimension to the experience. Will be extremely inconvenient though, so I won't be doing this any time soon
@@igorjosue8957 Near infinite crust? Better come with a large side of marinara sauce
As ordinary pizzas are essentially 2D, you just take a cartesian product of two pizzas to get a 4D toroidal pizza! Better to use different toppings on each slice of initial pizzas so there will be more variety.
Spherical pizza will be harder, dough.
I assume a 4D pizza would have 3D slices of pepperoni (spheres) on top?
This feels like an april fools joke. In a good way, happy to see this :)
*_G Ö M B Ö C_*
Literally wierdo fckshit he should find medical care
This must have been the nerdiest cooking video I have ever seen, and I like it
This is the content the internet was made for
"tasty topology" ah thats a nice alliteration
this is such a great video. FOUR mathy food ideas to make in one vid. love all the puns
This would be just the thing for entertaining Vi Hart.
Hexaflexagons are the bestagons!
I knew this looked familiar! I was remembering Vihart's "Cookie Shapes!" video
I love these, my mathematical-based friends will love these when they come to my mathematicians meet up
If saw a waiter bring me an infinite fractal I'd freak ngl
Especially if you see it all at once and lag your brain
This reminds me of Vihart.
yeah literally except its not sped up as much XD
I was gonna comment the same thing! You beat me to it lol
Gosh I hate when I'm subscribed to somebody, but this person starts uploading random videos.
On the other hand, these were some amazing ideas, thanks for sharing.
Reminds me of Vihart, especially the mathematical borromean cookies
I attended UK Math Jam last year and there was a bake off around mathematical tomfoolery. My personal favourite was the chain of cupcakes bearing a left-truncatable prime.
Also, there was an edible cheese ∪ cake Venn diagram, but I think the shape sorta derped out.
Don't forget ViHart's mathematical cooking! Your opening shot made me think of her "Field of greenbeans" but yours is just a mundane dish. Making a flexahexagon into a burrito (a Tex-Mex-flexahexagon) is just brilliant.
one time, I made a drawing called “a very mathematical thanksgiving dinner”, and the main course was a roast Mandelbrot set. this is exactly like that lol
That guy is cooking math in his kitchen 😝
I adore all of the puns. Amazing video
I odor all of the puns since those cakes smell nice.
Keeping it simple: Romanesco Broccoli. Apollonian gasket cookies (I guess you need a variety of glasses/cutters for this). I don't know if it can stand on its own: Menger sponge spongecake.
Moebius strips are like the variation on polish cookies called "Faworki".
Playing with ur food really adds up. 😉 ❤
this video made me smile way too much
Quite reminiscent of ViHart’s thanksgiving series. Love it!
0:45 Damn man, leave some freckles for the rest of us.
really nice of you to release this after thanksgiving so i have a whole year to prepare to do this
The jokes are top-notch! 😁🔥
reminds me of vihart (awesome)
we love vihart
How about that Banach-Tarski boule? (might be a real-life infinite food glitch, probably will be patched out soon)
I know this isn't related, but I thought you oughta know something I noticed that might help for 4d golf:
You may have seen those videos about elliptical pool tables or inilluminable rooms? Well ellipses have really neat properties regarding how objects ellastically collide with them. Consider a shot from within the ellipse that crosses the semi-major axis of the ellipse: if a shot passes within the foci of the ellipse, i.e. "inside the ellipse", then if the collisions continue the following SMA-crossing events will also occur within the foci; likewise, a shot outside the foci will stay outside the foci; and of course finally any shot from one focus will always pass through the other focus. I think this is a stupid useful tool for building 4D golf levels. If similar rules apply for a 4D ellipse, as I hope it also holds for 3D ellipses, then it makes a stupid useful tool for golf-ball traffic flow management through an already very confusing space.
this is why im subbed to the channel
"Apple pii..."
"Pineapple pii..."
"Ah!!"
"Pineapple-apple long pi!"
When I think of baking fractals this is not exactly the first thing to come to mind
i did not expect these to be real but was pleasantly surprised the longer the video went
the mandelbrot mandelbrot is probably my favorite just because of the name
I forgot that making a 4d experience is fundamentally mathematical, so I was shocked when it was you who put this in my feed
0:54 "one-sided"
LOL! Until you take two Mobius strips and stitch them together into one 4D Klein bottle! 😉
Oh, wait...
Lets not forget the Klein bottles for refreshments!
oh my god this is so cute this is so cool i was literally talking about a puzzle last night and those cookies are the damn solution. also mandelbrot made me laugh a lot
glad to see a return to the classics!
OH HOLD UP. I think this will actually be the first ever tv cooking I will be actually replicating. After all the cooking shows I watched on tv and youtube, thinking how I will never actually cook the recipe, this time I actually will. I don't cook or bake much, but I bake cookies for family from time to time, and looks like I'll be making some borromean rings. I even have the food dyes I bought for colored cookies years ago and never used. It is time.
fantastic puns
physics for the birds published a video yesterday which was very similar. going into the math behind Turing patterns occuring in all sorts of (sort of scale free) phenomena like cake
It just makes sense.
Bro cooked fine literally 😮😂
Love the vihart vibes in this one!
Thank you Chef Parade very enjoyable video in between dev logs
This reminds me of Vihart's videos about mathmatical foods :D
this is so silly i love it
I'm loving these puns!!!
Yay! New vid! They look fun to make
I've developed a mathematical foodphilia
Fantastic ideas haha love the branching content creativity lol
best video on youtube
I would've never guess that this channel would get a cooking video!
Right after saying that you only need one ring open to separate them, what you do at 1:30 is a bit ironical (... maybe intentionally?)
Don’t forget to cut your cakes in the mathematical way so that they stay hydrated
Get cookie doe, flat it into a circle shape, use the pizza cutter to swirl cut to the center. Enjoy spinning. All crust, soft inside, faster cooking time.
Mandelbrot Mandlebrot
That's amazing
That Mandelbrot looks yuumy!
Not only does he kill at making good videos
But he can shoot IRL stuff
better than most tubers
Loved this video
2:22 Cooking With The Kock (of course kock means something completely different in Swedish)
Turing's cake!
i LOVE mobius chips
aaugh, you know my favorite Math bake ;) M is the 13the letter after all... "gotta do my math problems.."
hey how about a better amplifier recommendation on that puppy, i'm kinda traumatised by 3 decades of blowing parts up.
This was just super cute. I loved this.
This is so fun. I likely won't do any of them, but they make for a cool video
ten out of ten!
Truly awesome
This brought me so much joy!
Thank you!
become a math teacher, you would be the only match teacher anyone ever would respect, giving kids reasons to like and have fun with math
wow this reminds me of vihart's hexaflexagon tortilla video thing she made a while back
I tried this and now my extended family is asking for math tutoring😭
we need the lemniscate biscuit
This man is everything I want to be when I grow up
amazing
In the egg industry male chicks are ground alive
I can't wait to cook some algebra for breakfast 😋
Sierpinski tortilla chips would be cool, but I don't know how you would get them to stay together.
this is amaizing and i'l ldef be stealing these this christmas : )))))
Hey, a cool one would be spectre cookie cutters
you could also make mandelbrot almond bread, since mandelbrot is a direct german translation of almond bread
I’ll pour my tea from a Klein bottle
My fourth grade math teacher would be happy
"You took three minutes of my life and I want them baaack!" -- Hans Moleman
Personally, I’m a fan of Gabriel’s Cake. I like frosting.
fabulous
*_DOH!_*
Surprising pie(pi) wasnt metioned.
Mandelbrot brownie, if prepared with the right ingredients, would for sure allow the eating person to understand fractals in a more... intuitive way
Romanesco broccoli is in my opinion the most mathematical food
These are hilarious 😆
MORE PUNS
this guy is like Kevin from SpongeBob
the RGB cookies!!
Not going to try a menger sponge cake?
