There were multiple people making magnetic cubes before Chris did it. Chris popularized it the most.
SpeedCubeReview oh yeah I’m well aware of that, but Chris tran did the magnetic center caps as a luminox project and recently said that he pitched the idea to QiYi over a year ago and they rejected it

fast and stable, i'm sold! I like the valk power m, the weight and magnets, and stability, but power m it needs lots of set up to get smooth . . . hope the elite has both and is faster . . .

btw for anyone buying the cube probably not a big deal but for the other center caps, they will give you stickers and you have to apply them yourself
How is it compared to the GTS3M and the Gan 354 M. I main the GTS3M and I’m buying the Gan 354 M since I really like it. I want to buy this but only if it’s a good feeling
How do the M slices feel, coming from a Roux guy.
Villanueva got decent solves with this cube, theres some vids on YT of him doing solves, might be best for you to check those out.
As for my thoughts - using the weak or regular center caps would be your best bet, I'm sure M slices are fine. Some people reported them to be 'different', but once they got used to them they were fine.

Does the cube have any problems with M slices? I think the extra magnets in the center may change the feeling of M slices on this cube.

Do the centre caps fit on the valk power?
I think center-edge magnets are put because roux solvers use M moves, so this will make them more stable
Obviously because roux solvers use Valks a lot
The stability in Roux isn’t different with the edge corner. Many roux solvers actually prefer less magnet in the center for weight purposes.

Is it the same feeling as the valk power? Because for me valk power is slow, maybe because of its primary internal
Primary internals to change the speed and don’t actually effect the feeing in any noticeable way. If your cube is slow you need to clean the lubrication out.
Hi! When do you stop tightening the screws upon changing springs when there is no definite stop? If you continue to twist the screw untill it stops, the springs are already compressed to maximum.
You should never need to tighten it that far. Just find a tightness that you like. Something that won’t pop but can still turn well. Often tighter is better.
@@SpeedCubeReview I have trouble making the screws consistent with the others ...one might be a little tighter or looser than the others.. it's hard to Match all screws tightness.. there's no indicator how far to go.. Do you tighten it only untill the screw make contact wth the spring, without the screw compressing the spring?
Just count the number of turns you do.
I also wonder if the spring has to be compressed by the screw or only up untill the screw touches the spring..
The spring will be. If you only had the screw barely touching the spring the cube will not be tight enough to even really stay together.
Hey shawn! I got the cube, but when i spam tps or when i do fast algs in general, my yellow red blue corner just dissassemble. It is not broken or anything, it's just that the coloured plastic piece goes off the primal white piece cuz the coloured piece sits in there very loose. Any way i can fix that? Would the plastic bag trick work here?(the plastic bag trick u showed in a vid)
If the pieces are coming apart you could just glue it.
@@SpeedCubeReview like the coloured plastic piece is coming off the white internal. Adding glue may fix it, but i am too scared to ruin it

Should I get the gan XS or the Valk 3 Elite M?
depends on your skill
I chose valk 3 elite. My times are around 25seconds to 30seconds. I haven't received it yet. But I normally rock gts3m. And love that cube. I'm just tired of the loud clacky sound while solving. So I'll change cubes just for quite solving. I heard valk elite is quite also...
What is different about it that is to the GAN 356 X and XS
AntiCuber i believe the 356 X is metallic on the core while the XS is plastic (idk about that) but the XS makes adjusting the magnets easier, just slide the magnets to the position you want but with the regular 356X you have to swap out the magnets from the edges you dont want to the ones that you do want

According you which cube is best, gts3m or gan356m. WHY?
Neither. It's if you want a cube that is more rounded, more adjustment options and with ridges or something with a matte finish and simpler 2 setting adjustments.

@@elrockerchido I don't think GAN steals the concept if they make one. Technically yes but I am sure GAN will add more feature or just making better. I think that every brand tries to make the best speedcube for every speedcubers out there. And by that, they use the same concept and try to make it better

I am colorblind so some colors like yellow,green(especially the moyu shades) and orange,red(like the yuxin little magic sticker shades) look like the same color to me, can you guys suggest any cubes that have high contrast colors? Thanks
