I'm a living witness to what long heels (especially those worn consistently over a long period) can do to the body (particularly as a tall person). I have suffered back pains, and rib pains and I can tell you that it's God that has helped me through it cos it was excruciating. I am avoiding long heels now, I am trying to invest more in block heels (even though it's difficult sometimes to find exactly what I like and my size when it comes to comfortable heels but I’m trying). Alternatively, I will get heel protectors for my pointed heels and most of them are spread out evenly. But, my goal is to make all my shoes block heels or 2 inches-pointed heels cos I’m tall already and I'm not trying to reach the Tower of Babel😂😂 Thanks, Doc.

I reasoned, if God no love and show mercy. .. how would it be ? Newspapers headlines would be something else. Since then, I packed all highs off. Even on my engagement, my shoes were completely flat. And 12 years after the incident, life is still doing us good, God doing us well
I learnt this earlier... I don't wear high heels... I love myself... The highest heel I put on is 3 inches, wedges and shoes with block heels. I also have flat shoes for running errands... But doctor, thank you, now I will start wearing open toe shoes or shoes that are not pointed.

I keep my feet and toes comfortable and they have been good to me, I have no bunions, corns, ingrown toenails just smooth nice feet and toes 😁

Honest truth, I wear only pencil heel's in the past 18yrs, I can't work on block heel's except pencil heels. After giving birth too my daughter and settling down too the glory of our God Almighty! Only 2yrs of not wearing heels to slay, Gosh I am suffering with waist pain in my back.... I was warned by a white foreigner that in the future this will happened and every moment it's my pains....
