Today we have first Lego Summer Set images, more information on the next Lego Ideas set, some major changes to the next Lego Icons set and even new Lego Space leaks! It's been a huge few days for Lego leaks and Lego news as we head straight towards Lego summer 2024 sets and then soon it'll be Lego 2025 sets time!
We now know that the Lego Ideas set It will be the Lego 21349 Tuexdo Cat launching on June 1st and comes hot off the heels of Lego 21348 Dungeons and Dragons! We are also expecting the Lego Nightmare Before Christmas set and Lego Disney Magic set this year! The Lego Cat set will have swappable eyes and will be around 25cm in height which could end up being the purfect Lego set!
Things are also set to get interesting with the Lego Star Wars summer 2024 sets as we have new information on the Lego Star Wars 75396 Escape From the Sarlacc Pit with 558pcs for $79.99
launching on August 1st. We now know thanks to MaxBaut that it will contain an exclusive Lego Nein Nunb minifigure to round out the Lego Star Wars 25th Anniversary Minifigure collection.
Images emerged of a whole bunch of new Lego City summer 2024 sets including:
Lego City 60422 Seaside Harbour with Cargo Ship
Lego City 60421 Robot World Rollercoaster Park
Lego City 40408 Car Transporter
Of course we will also be getting the new Lego City Jungle subtheme in in the Lego summer 2024 sets which will see the return of the Lego Johnny Thunder minifigure! Images also emerged of the first Lego Friends summer 2024 set being Lego 42618 Heartlake City Cafe for $30!
Another huge set will be Lego Star Wars 75394 Death Star Playset with 1555 pieces costing $159.99 and will include Lego Cal Kestis Anniversary Fig, Darth Vader, 2x Storm Trooper, Imperial Crew, Death Star Trooper, 2x Imperial Officers + 4 more! Also coming is Lego Jedi Bob Starfighter or the Lego Dark Side Millenium Falcon! We know for sure that Lego Star Wars 75391 Captain Rex's Y-Wing microfighter will include the exclusive Lego Captain Rex minifigure from the Lego UCS Venator!
Lego Icons will also be switching it up bringing us the Lego 10334 Retro Radio with 906pcs and will retail for $109.99 when it launches on June 1st 2024! It seems this will no longer be the case though as instead we will get Lego 10334 Gramophone vintage record player set! We suspect this will be the second set to include the new Lego sound brick! Lego suffered a major Lego leak this week as someone found the unreleased Lego 10341 Nasa Artemis Space Launch System giving us a look at the glorious look at the latest Lego 18+ space set! It will release on May 1st alongside the Lego 31212 Milky Way Galaxy Art set!
Lego 31212 Milky Way Galaxy Art is set to include a Lego trans-purple tile base with over ten different colours of bricks and plates to elevate the Lego Milky Way out of the frame! We also got images of a new Lego gift with purchase being Lego 40687 Space Diner which will include two Lego Spaceman minifigures! Target has also leaked a new Lego orange spaceman and alien plush!
We finally got the official reveal of the Lego Despicable Me 4 sets and also more information on the Lego Speed Champions 2024 sets including the Lego 76923 Lamborghini V12 Vision set which will be in an olive colour and have golden printed wheel caps which will look amazing! First images also appeared of this year exclusive Lego Inside Tour 2024 set which is a Lego Memory Vault!
It sounds like a pretty incredible year for the Lego 18+ lineup giving us so many sets from so many different Lego themes and Lego licenses and I'm sure many will be happy with moreLego Lord of the Rings sets and finally our first Lego Zelda set coming later this year!

Jaws set, but out of the ones you spoke about, probably the cat, esp. with this colour scheme cos it's the same as our own cats.
The Robot Amusement Park is a must for me, as a fan of Mecha/Robots, and Exo-Force. Especially for the remake of Stealth Hunter.

Yeah, they were truly the best Lego mech sets.
I was NOT expecting an entire Exo-Force set in 2024. Definitely snagging that one.
Also really happy that the Captain Rex minifig is the exact same as the one in the Venator. I don’t know if I’ll ever get the Venator, so putting such a valuable minifig like Rex in a more affordable set is very welcome.
Now if they could just do a Justifier microfighter…

It has me mad. Should’ve been a different variant like a dirty Rex, the instructions call him and Yularen EXCLUSIVE… it just leaves me mad, especially considering why are only the prequel UCS sets having this problem?

So glad because I love the ucs venator build but $650 is a hard price to stomach. I love to get Rex for under $15, Yularen sucks because he’s I believe the only figure with a republic navy torso so we can’t have multiple with the clone head

Through Bricklink, 600 UCS Venator captian rex minifigure have been sold. Average sale price is 90usd with the first one going on for 250usd (!!!!) only for Lego to release the same minifigure on the cheapest set available.
Man I can't wait to see some pictures of the Barad-dûr set although I'm not 100% sure that we are going to get it

It was originally meant to launch h at the same time as rivendell, so March, but they pushed it back to June apparently.
@@FightOn those are just placeholder images from a survey they did early last year. Most likely the final model won't look anything like that (other than inherent similarities from being a model of Barad-Dûr)

@@BobaSpeich Jabba, Princess Leia, Max Rebo, Salacious Crumb, Bib Fortuna, Gamorrean Guard, Klaatu, C-3PO, R2-D2, and one more alien are all coming in the sail barge.
The rest of the figures (Chewy, Lando, Boba, Luke, Weequay) will come in the skiff set.
@@Jakes_Bricks_and_Picsapparently the weequay in the skiff was wrong, but there should still be another figure we don't know about in that set.
It also includes Nien Nunb as a bonus anniversary figure.

@@countrabricksbuildcraze8916 it’s not so much the size as it is the proportions. Basically I mean that it looks best when the wheelhouse height is about 1/4 the length of the hull.

They knew exactly what they were doing adding a slightly stripped down Stealth Hunter to that futuristic city set. Man, I hate being a Bionicle and Exo-Force fan-Lego LOOOOOVES to torture us.
The playability factor and value of the City looks refreshingly good for a change. On discount that's def a winner. Only needs a pilot boat and cargo truck on the dock.

I'm still eagerly waiting for news on the Bumblebee set and Shadow the Hedgehog bust. Those are the ones I most desperately want in my collection.

We’ve already gotten at least 3 of the cancelled head or hat pieces from cancelled Vidiyo sets … so I wouldn’t be surprised if we see more of them show up as parts of CMFs or other sets

@@antonioprevisic8734 I’m not sure that there is any website with all the info … however, the girl in the Witch Costume in the Hocus Pocus set, her hair/hat piece is one, the medieval BaM kiosk unicorn head with swept hair is another. Then there are ones like the green dragon head guy in the D&D set that head piece is ex vidiyo (used for blue and red dragon minifigs) and the mermaid with the swept hair is another that’s been reused.

I loved the theme too, but it has no place in LEGO’s modern catalog.
I think Ninjago has pretty much replaced Exo-Force with all the mechs they put out.
I was really looking forward to the space diner gwp but Im a bit disappointed now I have seen it. I was hoping for a classic space inspired build. Blue bricks, trans yellow printed logos. But I guess not, classic spacemen are always fun to get shame there wasnt a new colour.

April 2024 Passport Stamp (for UK and Ireland): Ninjago Dragon.
Note that Westfield White City had a new F1 Racecar stamp, and Leics Sq had the Lego Creator 3-in-1 rollerskate set as a stamp (in Red; other stores have it in Black) and a new blue Lego bricks stamp. Worth picking up if you're in London.
Realistically only sets of this wave of rumors are the Lego City tow truck and the Lambo V12 Vision. Also maybe the space diner GWP. On the fence about that one. Money is no object wishlist item is the Memory Vault set. No way I would ever dole out the exorbitant price tag to get my hands on one in the aftermarket unfortunately.
Finally! The cargo ship is revealed! The ship looks brick built, I hoped it would have used a floating hull but when I heard all the other stuff that was going to be with it I knew that wouldn’t be the case, I can’t wait to get my hands on it! I might want to get 2 or 3 to make a much larger harbor area, I’m not done with the video but I hope there are some images of the yellow delivery truck!
The white spaceman helmet looks a bit weird, but that might be some distortion in the photo. The orange helmet looks to me just like the one that comes with the minifig book. They’re not exactly the same as the old helmets, but close enough.

That Stealth Hunter remake looks good.
Weird how the Harbor and car transport truck are almost the same price even though I feel like the harbor has a lot more value, but maybe the ship is actually pretty small.
The Galaxy set is sounding pretty pretty good.
I really like the harbor set. The ship and cranes remind me of Auburn Bay from LEGO City Undercover. Still my favorite version of Lego City and one of my favorite video games.
Lego City car transporter looks good but 4 years ago I bought a massive Technic car transporter 42098 for 100$.
The Milky Way and shuttle are a must my 2 favorite things Lego and space
That harbour building is soooooo disappointing. It looks like it's barely 4 studs deep.

KT isn't an anniversary figure. The set will only have a 3 month shelf life, so it wouldn't make sense to have an anniversary figure in that set.

Did I miss something? Why is the Robot Warrior from the Series 24 in the thumbnail? Its one of my favorite minifigure and I'm currently thinking of ideas for a MOC revolving the minfigure... I was hoping to see news about it...

Waiting with bated breath for images to drop on that Milky Way set. BrickClicker, one of the rare super fans of the Lego World Map…who knew?! And Lego, come on, a set limited to 100 only on some sort of exclusive tour 🤦🏻♂️. The Lego House only sets are bad enough!
At least this one makes more sense. Given only inside tour participants see it really, well and other tour participants. However the Tractor and Fire Truck I really want... and could have easily been general release sets

It’s a smart business move to add popular figures to cheaper sets. Now more people will be able to have Rex in their collection.

That being said it doesn’t change the fact that Lego lied. It’s a scummy business practice and people should call them out even though it benefits them
