thanks kap for the lesson 🙏 Similar to last lesson, vocab Jàai is "pay"...while kâa refers to the object...usage is sort of like saying "pay the...?" jàai kâa - pay the rent - châo/ fee / bill / dtŭua " (jàai) kâa châo lá deuuan tâo rài " (?)

Does it mean the amount that I can pay ? Or the minimum amount that I am willing to receive ? Or maybe it could even be either case ?

For sentence no. 2: llllWhy do you use house and room without classifier? I think classifier for room is ห้อง, so you can omit it. But for house.. can't it be บ้านหลังเล็ก or บ้านขนาดเล็ก?
