Gave it another go on the XSX and I've been nothing but pleased with the game now. I want to get deep into it but a certain other PS game releases Friday...😭
Played this on PS5 when it released, put it down after about 6 hours of gameplay. Picked it back up when 1.5 went live and the game plays much better. There are still some interesting glitches but nothing game breaking so far and nothing the game doesn't autofix itself after a few seconds. I'm happy with it overall and I hope they keep adding content.
Mate, that is literally the same as me, I decided to just do the money glitch and put the game down till the update happened and now I'm about to jump back on. Always been wanting to get back to it.
Some of the bugs and glitches are actually kind of charming. It gives me a Bethesda feel sometimes. Like I was approaching a group of gang members at one point, I threw a flash bang grenade in between all of them and when it exploded one of them just T-posed on me. It was fuckin hilarious
Playing on PC. This patch was a huge improvement. I played 2 -3 hours after updating last night and I was shocked at how many things they added; like the apartments, secrets, combat and AI tweaks, vehicle handling, performance optimizations, you name it. Playing a guitar in your Japantown apt is now a thing if you want.
Have u try with msi afterburner? I notice fps drop on city, even set it to low I got 53 fps. Somehow the previous version I had smoother xpreience. What the.... lol
The driving is one of the most important updates it needed. The game feels more personal then to just run up to a fast travel and skip the experience. The updates are definitely a great improvement.
Series X. I definitely could feel the difference in playing with just the shooting and looting. It almost feels more tangible in a way. I'm really interested to see all the changes.
They did do something similar ion the past with the Witcher 2, they rereleased an 'enhanced edition' that fixed a lot of the issues the game had before and made it a free download for anyone that already owned the game.
The thing is, no man's sky had an open template. I mean they literally had an entire universe to work with. Its possible with Cyberpunk but it's less of a no man's sky situation. Plus CDPR has other commitments. We're still waiting for a Witcher 3 next gen and they just announced they're developing the next Witcher game. And people are still asking for remastered versions of the earlier Witcher games (or a port entirely for Witcher 1).
Above all else, I hope the first expansion adds factions. Having a story with more consequential choices that affect your encounters with gangs in the open world would be game changing
if they pull off a No Man's Sky, I think most people will forget this betrayal and give CDPR +respect, I hope they do it and build the game into what it was advertised as, its better for their reputation to do so.
@@Breakaway-ic5gj well I'm playing it on a series X and boy what a difference, it's has been a decade since I played cyberpunk and now it safe to say this game is a lot better than before. Them ragdoll physics are insane too.
I played the intro on release, fell in love with the city design and aesthetics but decided to give them time to fix issues etc before playing. Really glad I held off, feel like this game deserves to be seen how the devs intended it.
@@bravobird9435 everyone that ever mentions cyberpunk being 3rd person should be banned from posting about games. There are NO 1ST PERSON RPGS. Destiny and borderlands are just lootershooters with a spice of rpg elements. This is unique and fills a market gap. If you want another 3rd person rpg just go play some free shit that the asian market is shirting out.
For me the game was finally at a state that seemed good, and how it should have been on the release...tried the test version on my ps5 and straight away bought the game (at a 50% discount too!) And I have enjoyed every minute so far
How did aiming on ps5 feel for you? Like getting guns on targets etc, for me it was so awful that even after playing around with settings and not getting it right I just uninstalled.
@@samuraid3574 Considering there is potentially 3 playthroughs I think it's worth the buy. This is my first time playing & I bought it directly after the trial. In saying that I'm not too far past that 5 hour mark.
@@toomay609 yeah I too anticipated on buying it but waited it out for the ps5 version and the bugs to be fixed. I personally think it's worth the discounted price especially if you've no expectations going in. I was convinced from the trial though to buy and wanted to know where the story was going - it looked so good on 4k/ps5 too for me. So if you have played the free 5 hour trial I think you can make an informed decision on whether you like it or not. If you haven't played it - download and try it out. :)
I played two hours of Cyberpunk 2077 on PS5 yesterday. Loving the crowd density increase in quality mode and the improved NPC AI. Driving is better and the new dualsense features and adaptive triggers feel really awesome! I’m also glad that we can finally customize our characters at mirrors. I’m excited and hopeful for the Cyberpunk expansions.
@@EverybodyIsInShowbiz No, it hasn't crashed for me yet and I was driving around at 200 MPH. I also did a couple of quests and shootouts in large populated areas and it was running fine. Are you playing the Next-Gen version? I'll have to play some more myself to see if it crashes at all. I remember finishing the game last year with the backwards compatibility version of the game and it would crash every 1 to 2 hours which was horrible. I was hoping this patch would fix all of that.
@@RevanMaverick Good to hear the crowd density has improved! this video is the first PS5 footage I've seen sofar, I had downloaded the trial yesterday but did not come to playing it yet.
Played it on PS5 today via the free upgrade and found it to be pretty impressive. A huge improvement over the PS4 (Pro) version. It looks beautiful enough in performance mode so that's what I'm sticking with.
@@sb9269 the issue for me is that the general camera sensitivity is perfect but then aiming sensitivity is too fast... and to slow it down, you need to lower general sensitivity.. which makes looking around too slow.. there should be 2 separate options for Aimin and for just looking.
@@sb9269 there are lots of controller settings, especially if you go into Advanced section. What was bothering me is the acceleration and acceleration delay, they made controls feel a bit wonky and unpredictable, but after messing around with different settings for 5 minutes I set it exactly how I like it.
@@sb9269 I think this is a good starting point: • Lower your inner deadzone as much as possible as long as you don't get stick drift • Turn on advanced settings • Turn off horizontal/vertical bonus • Turn off ramp up time and delay on everything • Lower the horizontal ADS sensitivity to about 0,6 (but adjust it to your own flavour) to get a slower ADS aim After that it's just tweaking the horizontal and vertical sensitivity to your liking and maybe readjusting the horizontal ADS sensitivity. To me now it feels a bit more like Apex, but it could still use some tweaking. Maybe the response curve or some minor ramp up time/delay adjustments.
Finally started this on the PS5 after never playing it and it's been incredible so far. Visually striking and smooth as butter. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
Same, i played a few hours after the intro and dropped becaus the game wasnt finished, straight up. I love the setting and world full of details. As broken as it was it should have won some art direction awards or something. But now on ps5 performance mode im begining to really love the game, as i completely started over
@@dameau6325 it’s weird how many of us are in this same boat. Lol Played a few hours on the ps5 when it launched, liked the look, but it felt so clunky, the aiming system was insufferable . One ps5 version later and it feels like a brand new game, it’s crazy how big the difference was.
I finished the game a week ago and literally fell in love with it, didn't expect the story and gameplay to be this great and didn't know they fixed so many things on console. I'm still yet to play this so I hope these next gen updates help a tone!
You should’ve just played it bruh I did on PS4 pro and was terrible but i had fun with a corpo/hacker playthrough and now I’m playing a street kid/assassin on PS5 and I got to say its night and day… they should’ve waited till now to fully release the game but it is what it is

I’m happy that the game is finally coming together, hoping that it becomes great and an awesome classic. Hoping the suits can see that giving the devs the time to make the game that they want and have it finished, is better than just pushing out garbage before it’s really finished.
I bought the game a few months back when it was on sale and was waiting for this update to finally play it on ps5. I'm only a few hours in but I am absolutely loving it, smooth expierence so far, atmosphere is awesome.
still not impressed too many core features still missing, animation, AI & NPC still suck .... jack gameplay missions .... Tbh ive been waiting to go back to this world. This update its FINALLY looking to be the first step for them to be able to make the game they promised. We got major changes but im sure a a lot more happened in the scripts and programming .
Me too, i played long enough (10-12 hrs) to know it was going to be great after patches and the next gen update. Well it’s here and i redownloaded it, I’m loving it. Really cool game world and adult themes. Playing on PS5.
Just bought this the other day. Frames are smooth, everything is ultra. Was surprised due to the stories I heard. Glad I waited to jump in. Good game so far.
Imagine if this was the official release of the game, just think about how much better it would have been perceived in the eyes of the gaming community
I played on PS5 on release, and still loved the game and had tons of fun with it. I did however stop half way through the game because I wanted to experience the rest of the game once the game was "fixed". I feel like my time has finally come to start over and enjoy it even more. After Horizon and Elden Ring, of course!
Bro same with me i left it half way now i barely remember sheet so i started a new character and frankly now i cant be bothered to play it any longer even though its been inproved because the game was supposed to come out without these problems, hell id rather playing sleeping dogs on the original xbox 360 then this piece of sheet, even if it is on the ps5 and xbox series x
Ayyy! Im loving all the love in the comments section for Cyberpunk! I got it on release day for ps5 and as much as it wasnt what was promised and issues were numerous, i had so much fun with it! This is making me want to put it back in and try it out again after like a year of not playing
idc what anyone says, I like this game a lot. It's great and has a lot going for it. A lot of missions are interesting, presented well and the gameplay is good but definitely see more room for additional features.
It's just less than was promised, by a long way. Still. I own it, will play it. But it was the game I was most hyped for, and my disappointment is immeasurable. (and were it not for CDPR themselves, their own lies and hype, I wouldn't be so disappointed. I think the reality of their lies is understood at this point. They squandered a great deal of trust, and that shouldn't just be forgotten)
I played on my series s and I honestly enjoyed it. I love the new apartments, especially the glen. FPS boost is also nice. I hope they change the food system so you can actually eat at restaurants, just for more immersion. Customizing cars seems far off and I don’t think they’ll do that ever but I’d enjoy that too.
I’m glad you revisited the game it definitely deserves a second look. I had it at launch for PS4 Pro and it wasn’t terrible but now I own an Xbox Series S and it feels like a different game. I’m real happy with this update.
I played it when it was released many moons ago & I loved it and even went on to platinum it. Now with the upgrade , it's kinda annoying that the trophies dont transfer over , meaning gotta grab that platinum again with a new save. With that said , it's a great game.
@@mr.crowgamer6250 i never finished it even tho i liked it alot i was like fuck it imma just come back when this version drop and i’ve since went back and looks and runs great so far on ps5

it does in a way have augments. u unlock them and go certain places to get then put in you and etc. i havent got to a part where i get a FULLY cyborg limb or anything but overall i love this game. its been really good. i just got it yesterday
I honestly wish that they had this game in vr, that would be absolutely mind bending. Imagine if they could make it multiplayer too… I can see that CDPR has been trying hard to redeem themselves after the initial release of this game and I have high hopes and expectations for them in the future.
The modder Luke Ross is currently working on the VR mod for PCVR. He was hoping to have it finished before the end of January but it's now looking to be a couple more months.
(PC Player) I've been having an absolute blast lately, and I'm genuinely impressed with how much better it's got since my first playthrough at launch. I'm doing a fresh "very hard" run and I've never had more fun in this game so I'm excited to see what more they do in the future to keep players retained. Especially since the "multiplayer spin-off" was cancelled, I think that leaves a possibility for this game to gain some strong traction again and just maybe, it can become the game we were all so hyped for back before release.
Good job, guys. I mostly agree with you. Avoid Ray tracing at all costs. It's not even that big of a difference and I had the impression that it actually runs at around 20 fps. Shooting feels better, crowd reaction improved, but it's far from good and driving was OK to begin with. Night city is always fun to explore and I love the random encounters and police bounty gigs.
I kept playing the game because even with all the issues, I did really liked the story and exploration the game provided, not to mention the atmosphere. Now, I'm updating the game because it seems I could fall even more in love with this game. Depending how big the changes are, I might even start a new story.
Is it really worth it? A company deliberately pushed out an unfinished game and didn't care they were screwing over the players. They 100% knew what they were pulling since they didn't allow reviewers to play on certain platforms where the game was unplayable. But you want to reward them by giving kudos for doing (checks notes) what they had to do to not lose even more money, shareholders, and their jobs? Yeah, what godsends to the gaming community they are, and completely worth supporting lol. Some people sell their soul for riches and power. Losers in here will let theirs go for a few hours in a game to hide from their real life, and can't see the heavy irony in that or them defending corporations who care about nothing but the next dollar.
@@spiegeltn I purchased it day one as well and still have no regrets though. I thoroughly enjoyed playing it from the start. Was it perfect... far from it, but I knew things would only improve. Yes the game was overhyped and did not meet the expectations they set forth, but the experience I had was always enjoyable. At least they issued refunds to people that wanted them, unlike Battlefield 2042.
I played the game until a certain point in the story, and then I stopped, and that's because they announced the upgrade, I was really enjoying the game, but thought why not wait and have a better experience, I'm really excited for this, it's a beautiful game and you can spend hours walking around and doing missions
Coming from playing the base PS4 version for a few hours and now the PS5 it’s an incredible difference. The DualSense and the 3D audio really add the level of immersion I was looking for in next gen game. I can actually feel somewhat proud to own this.
All the UA-camrs were so keen to pounce on this upon the negative reception but only a handful seem to do video follow-up on the latest update. Thanks a bunch for doing this video
Can’t believe it’s 2022 and I found myself praising an update that includes ‘crowds run when you shoot at them’ like wtf man, how low can the bar go 😂 I remember playing Vice City still nibblin on my mums milkers and people running in games when I shoot…. Simple stuff man. Man I miss the days when you could buy a game, and that was it. No updates, no DLC - just pure passion for making something good and getting it right first try. Can’t believe these guys are behind Witcher…
You shouldn't really be praising anything that adds stuff like that so long after launch. It's pretty pathetic that it's taken this long. Praise the games that get it right at launch. :-)
Reading these comments ppl are really setting the bar low and I don't like how it seems CDPR are forgiven...it was really dodgy that they released such an unfinished game and overselled it...if they get away with it, it sets a really bad precedent. It's been over a year since the game released...that's how far off they were when they decided 'fuck it let's just sell the game and make money'.

The story was very short and the endings were very unsatisfying, but overall it was pretty good nonetheless. The soundtrack and visuals had mostly no problems anyway. The world was super cool, the side characters were THE BEST IN VIDEO GAMING HISTORY (fight me), all in all the universe is just freaking awesome. The gameplay was the thing lacking the most, and thankfully, it's being brought up to speed. I'm happy.
The game is still lacking a lot of what was promised, and we are over a year after launch. This game will always be a huge disappointment no matter how much better it gets in the future. I played it on xbox one back in December and it still had a lot of visual glitches, pop in and a game breaking bug in one of the final missions but overall it was still fun. It looks like this patch will make a really big difference. I'm hoping they add a new game plus mode so I can dive back in and keep my upgrades.

Tried Performance mode and Ray Tracing mode in the graphics settings, and for me I agree with you Jake and Performance mode is WAY better. It is BUTTERY smooth, compared to the base PS4 version. Super impressed.
I was super excited when this game launched, and I really enjoyed the time I put into it. But I never finished it because my pc didnt run it as well as I wanted it to. I had planned on waiting to really play the game until I had a better graphics card.... and I think you can guess what happened next..... But I just got my hands on a 2070 super! and Im really excited to check this game out again!
Having played through the game twice within the first year or it's launch (and overall really liking my experience with it) I can honestly say this patch is a huge improvement. I didn't jump in for the smaller updates/fixes because I wanted to wait for the full net gen update to play again and I'm glad I did. All of the basic activities feel so much smoother and weightier, and the frame rate stabilization is so damn nice. I did get some jittery assets early on in the game but so far no major glitches or graphical bugs so I'm very happy with this.
5:57 wtf 🤣 I really couldn’t believe what I was looking at during that clip until you got closer and it was actually an NPC just casually laying face down on the pavement doing a T-pose, but jokes aside, it’s my first time trying the game and so far I haven’t experienced anything bad, maybe because of the updates but the game is looking good
The game is absolutely a blast now!! Immediately jumped back in on PS5 and absolutely love it! And when hearing what they plan to do next, CP is absolutely going to get its deserved attention!
I hope they dont give up on this as a series, been waiting for a futuristic city with dark tone, cyber style, mature, full rpg game with lots to try out etc.
I definitely forgot how I spent all my skill points lol honestly the story gave me about 3 situations where glitches were annoying, but that’s after playing it in January. After this update, it definitely feels more natural and less fixed movement wise, if that makes sense. I’d love to see what comes out of this game, but this is definitely a really good start
I played the game all the way through on a base PS4 and while I definitely hit some rough spots and dealt with the rough edges, I loved it. I’ve since gotten a PS5 and while I only poked around for a minute after getting the next gen version yesterday, there is absolutely a noticeable difference! It makes me actually want to play through the whole thing again.

I really really hope they make another cyberpunk game. They may have stumbled out of the gate, but I really feel that they have something very special here.
"Stumbled out of the gate" is a weird way to say deliberately lied to customers, intentionally covering up how broken their game was. You know, something more akin to the greedy corporations in the actual game story. I guess irony is lost on losers who are looking for any excuse to hide from the world nowadays.
@@DK-zl5gb it's funny you made this comment on UA-cam, using a device, probably wearing clothes, I'm guessing you also buy food made by corporations from a store owned by a corporation, etc. Point is, anywhere you look there's a corporation trying its best to lie or take advantage of you. The plot twist here is that you're one of the losers you mentioned, since you can't see the irony in your own comment.
I appreciate that dev's are still patching this game. I only played 10 mins of it when it originally released, and many hours of hearing opinions and watching videos of this game. It's nice to see that they still believe in this project.
I'd say give it a try especially if you bought it and only played 10 mins. I played it the month it came out on PC and it was definitely buggy and not the game it was advertised as in some regards but was still a good time and I felt satisfied by time I beat it. havent touched it since though, I've been waiting for the DLC to drop after the game is fully updated so I can compare the differences
Good to hear. My plan has been to get it for PS5... whenever I decide to get a PS5 😅. It really sounded like they needed another year, so this is lining right up with expectations. I hope it sells well now that it's basically finished.
On my Series X and HDR 4K TV, it's an incredible difference. Ray-tracing mode is worth it for the look of the city itself, the detail on characters, and that extra kick it needs to look actually next-gen. Ray-tracing mode off looks like a decent Xbox One or PS4 game. Definitely not next-gen. Apart from draw distance and framerate, which is overrated imo outside of competitive PVP games.
I got cyberpunk for $5 at target brand new last black friday and have just been holding onto it. Want to play, but keep feeling if I hold out longer and longer, game will only be better thanks to updates and I'll have the best experience first time playing lol
I really wanted a outfit freedom mode in which you can change your outfit and keep your stats, like in AC odyssey. Wearing pink shorts and some blacked out glasses with some random overcoat is not really cool, but hey... the best current stats
What i was immediately struck by when starting again after stopping at launch was the driving is far better than it was. Feels nice Also feels more polished. Wouldn't have been too mad w this version at launch
Didn’t hear CD had finally released the next-gen patch I was so craving. Will have to check it out. I'm 5 hour's in and been having a blast on the PS5, how long that will last who knows. The graphics with 60 fps is insane, and the driving in first person with the adaptive triggers is really cool. I recommend turning all the aim assists off, makes for a smoother experience.
@@toxicgracie3772 The L2 and R2 analogue triggers on the PS5 Dualsense have a little motor in each one that allows developer's to program in resistance, in however unique way they can come up with. So when you're driving in Cyberpunk you can feel push back on the triggers as you accelerate, then as the car shifts gear you can feel an ease up on that resistance for a second (To stimulate a clutch I gather). It's well done.

The updates have definitely caught my attention and I may hop back in just because I love the world of cyberpunk. The problem is this will never be THE RPG myself and a lot of other fans wanted, my hopes were there before release and after hearing how they were working with the creators of 2020 I was excited, but I always had a feeling this is just going to feel like another "modern rpg". I enjoyed the story and it had some fun parts but overall I don't think this can ever be the rpg I was hoping for. I am still waiting on triple A to drop at least some of the rpg tropes we have now been seeing for years.
I am curious what is it you ate looking for. I know there are things that Mike wanted in 2077, and that some of these are potentially still in the works.
@@justinboyett8843 I think it really comes down to player choice, freedom, skill building, also the way quests are presented and the type of quests they are. My opinion is a lot of RPGs lately are doing the same thing, and a lot feel too similar, and this is a problem throughout the industry, no one wants to go for something different and/or risky they would rather stick to the program.
@@Awakenedmind333 I'll name two that are different and accessible that I enjoy, they are divinity original sin 2 and fallout new Vegas. I also really like the old fallouts and baldur's gate, I actually played these after playing divinity and new Vegas. I didn't grow up on the older crpgs but I think they did it better. Also I enjoy table top RPGs, like cyberpunk 2020, and I think that's why this was disappointing to me. I didn't expect it to be just like playing a tabletop, but I was hoping for more.
@@Icouldnotgetausernam these are good points. There is something to be said about tropes... and especially with AAA games, "if it worked before then it will work again". I like that there is now a rating system with Fixers, and I hope that this will lead to the same with gangs and factions. Especially if that leads to a Cat-and-Mouse element as your Rep increases while hiding from Arasaka
For a first time player of this game who never played the earlier version or the PS version.. went straight to PC with 1.5 version and a well equipped system with 3070ti and i9 12900H. I'd say that this game is great! I've found a couple of quest and graphics bugs here and there, but not too much and not something that will break the game. I like the story and each option will lead to something different and I like how enemies aren't too easy (If you suck at aiming, you can't aim for too long because they'll move away) and making eddies (money) isn't walk in the park. Im now at 30 hours of playtime and so far it still doesn't bore me. Still has tons of shit to do in game. I hope people will give this game another chance.

If CDPR can give "No man's sky" level of commitment, then this game surly has good canvas to be a masterpiece.
Great take, no mans sky is almost a completely different game from the launch version.
Same thing with Fallout 76. Definitely 2 great games.
They did do something similar ion the past with the Witcher 2, they rereleased an 'enhanced edition' that fixed a lot of the issues the game had before and made it a free download for anyone that already owned the game.
Masterpiece is a stretch buddy
The thing is, no man's sky had an open template. I mean they literally had an entire universe to work with. Its possible with Cyberpunk but it's less of a no man's sky situation. Plus CDPR has other commitments. We're still waiting for a Witcher 3 next gen and they just announced they're developing the next Witcher game. And people are still asking for remastered versions of the earlier Witcher games (or a port entirely for Witcher 1).
Above all else, I hope the first expansion adds factions. Having a story with more consequential choices that affect your encounters with gangs in the open world would be game changing
Something to add replay value plz.
if they pull off a No Man's Sky, I think most people will forget this betrayal and give CDPR +respect, I hope they do it and build the game into what it was advertised as, its better for their reputation to do so.

@@sb9269 I think this is a good starting point:
• Lower your inner deadzone as much as possible as long as you don't get stick drift
• Turn on advanced settings
• Turn off horizontal/vertical bonus
• Turn off ramp up time and delay on everything
• Lower the horizontal ADS sensitivity to about 0,6 (but adjust it to your own flavour) to get a slower ADS aim
After that it's just tweaking the horizontal and vertical sensitivity to your liking and maybe readjusting the horizontal ADS sensitivity. To me now it feels a bit more like Apex, but it could still use some tweaking. Maybe the response curve or some minor ramp up time/delay adjustments.

Actually loved the ray-tracing setting on the PS5, I didn't notice any stutter or slow framerates. First time i played and, and it did not disappoint at all, love the story and the visuals and city are just unbelievably beautiful.
Nope the game is still broken. You must have a crappy t.v. ray trace mode the frames drop like crazy.
@@illnevertell7863 ikr. I don't think ray tracing is worth it.

I loved cyberpunk and played it on day 1 but I have to say it now: The game feels way more finish and overall way better now!
Im tired of developers putting out unfinished games and saying “We’ll fix it later”. It’s a horrible mentality that totally screws over the players
@@thegreatresetofthehumanrac664 I agree. everything I saw on the patch notes was meet with the question "Why wasn't that there from the get go?" Change apperence? basic. rent apts? basic...
next update will be "now there is a grand total of 6! thats right Six! Joytoys for all nightcity!"
To be clear, I played over 100 hours when it came out on PC, and although I was well aware of its flaws, the setting, writting and gameplay loop was still satisfiying to me. But this updates are a joke and I'm still waiting for something mayor, something that actually makes me thing "Holy shit, now THAT'S something new!"
Not quite ready - seems close though. Waiting for more narrative focused content to hopefully make choices more impactful. Glad to see CDPR hasn't given up on the game. I've been following closely since release and somehow I've avoided almost all spoilers. 6-12 months and I think I'll finally be able to experience Cyberpunk the way I imagined after the gameplay reveal in 2018.
Love all these videos. Just know you guys are very respected among gamers … which is not easy. Thanks for all the hard work and great content!

@@friedbeanz3953 they literally never do lol, I’ve been watching for years and the only time their personality is blatant is during the Friday shows. Maybe Jake’s personal channel, but it’s HIS channel
With the masterpiece that was Witcher3, CDPR definitely deserved a second chance. I was waiting for this. Good stuff.
I remember playing this game at launch on my Series X. I used to save every 20 minutes or so, due to random freezes and what not.
Playing on my iPhone using the backbone controller through stadia. Running fairly smooth, dropped frames for brief moments occasionally and typical rag dolling but no visual pop ins I’ve seen yet. Pretty wild playing this portable.
Stadia version is really slick. Underrated platform.
I genuinely can't believe they still haven't added transmogs.
I played it on xbox one back in December and it still had a lot of visual glitches, pop in and a game breaking bug in one of the final missions but overall it was still fun. It looks like this patch will make a really big difference. I'm hoping they add a new game plus mode so I can dive back in and keep my upgrades.
I was shocked to see they added support for the adaptive triggers on ps5. I love that feature and more games need to use it
Why are you shocked about that? every big game that comes out has it.
Not a fan of it imo. I turn that option off in every game I play.

FINALLY got a PS5 and upgraded to the next gen version of Cyberpunk, and I have to say it is FANTASTIC.
I never got passed the first segment of this game because of all the issues but now I'm willing to play it.
5:57 wtf 🤣 I really couldn’t believe what I was looking at during that clip until you got closer and it was actually an NPC just casually laying face down on the pavement doing a T-pose, but jokes aside, it’s my first time trying the game and so far I haven’t experienced anything bad, maybe because of the updates but the game is looking good
I would appreciate a third person walking mode, since the characters you can create look so good
That’s never gonna happen

The game was made for next gen! It’s sooo good
I hope they dont give up on this as a series, been waiting for a futuristic city with dark tone, cyber style, mature, full rpg game with lots to try out etc.

Oh yeah
"Stumbled out of the gate" is a weird way to say deliberately lied to customers, intentionally covering up how broken their game was. You know, something more akin to the greedy corporations in the actual game story. I guess irony is lost on losers who are looking for any excuse to hide from the world nowadays.

Its on sale £20 ps4/ps5 bundle on psn.
I’d also recommend performance mode over raytracing. Not enough of a graphics boost for the huge drop in framerate (less than 30fps in reality)

Feels nice

I'm 5 hour's in and been having a blast on the PS5, how long that will last who knows. The graphics with 60 fps is insane, and the driving in first person with the adaptive triggers is really cool. I recommend turning all the aim assists off, makes for a smoother experience.
"adaptive triggers" explain what is that
@@toxicgracie3772 The L2 and R2 analogue triggers on the PS5 Dualsense have a little motor in each one that allows developer's to program in resistance, in however unique way they can come up with.

Example of a good rpg?
@@justinboyett8843 I think it really comes down to player choice, freedom, skill building, also the way quests are presented and the type of quests they are. My opinion is a lot of RPGs lately are doing the same thing, and a lot feel too similar, and this is a problem throughout the industry, no one wants to go for something different and/or risky they would rather stick to the program.
@@Awakenedmind333 I'll name two that are different and accessible that I enjoy, they are divinity original sin 2 and fallout new Vegas. I think overall original sin is a better rpg they just do everything masterfully, but new Vegas is just great fun and really makes you feel like you have freedom of choice.
I actually held off just for this update so this is great, playing now and enjoying, the detail in the game in pretty incredible.
