Quick tip: it is important to exhale and not hold your breath during a rep. This is for the same reason that you exhale when punching
That gym employee has no right to get mad at you for training til failure. Its none of his business tbh
Das what I’m sayinnn
I was wrong about you, Youve gained my respect and sub
Yo bro you’re mad influential to be because you’re following your dreams, I’ve wanted to do MMA but I would rather stick to commentary than getting knocked out. One day I may be commentating your fights. Here wit u on this journey ❤
Totally agree with you. Hey maybe I’ll be his Jiu Jitsu coach. Excited to see other people excited about going places. Keep putting in the hard work Joey and you Brian.
Totally agree maybe I will be the referee on ufc for his fight
My guy keep going champ
good shit bro. mentality + humbleness = greatness. u gotta do what kobe did. he chased perfectiom even tho he knew he wouldnt get there, but on the way to perfection he became real fucking good
Joey. If you ever come to Florida, US especially Tampa I would love to get in some rolls with the future champ.
what weightclass are you gonna fight in, in the future?
Lmao you would humble that gym owner ngl bro has an ego showing those trophies, keep up the grind brother can’t wait to see you in ufc fighting for the belt 🤞💯
Hey Joey how long have you been training before UA-cam? Also how tall are you and how much do you weight? I have a feeling where similar size
Hey we got the same build and I’m training MMA too, I was wondering how tall you are?

yo this 1 is legit funny brodi. first israeli champion in the making bruh
Good stuff
Keep the mullet 😎👌🏽
Brotha, my coach told me not to pull back on my punches before punching, bcoz an opponent will see the punches from the get go. You should just punch... But otherwise your form is crisp, technique is clean, keep grinding Brotha... See ya at the top 💯🏆
How many years until u are in the ufc. You got it brother
At 21 imma join in there so like 5 years from now
What fight was that?
You definitely will do it. I've not followed a fighter on his way to be champ. The angry gym employee is interesting. Was he also mad you were filming?

Rodtang Jitmuangnon was the guy who beat the white guy up he is known as the iron man and is tge greatest muay thai boxer currently

Why the dude at 13:19 so mad
כשהייתי בישראל הדבר שאני הכי אהבתי זה שאנשים לא רוצים לשמור על עצמם. תמיד כל האנשים בישראל יש דבר שהם רוצים לגיד לך 🤣🤣
what a jerk at the gym
he is right no reason to do that shit reps. failure is when you cant complete 1 more full rep not partials.
partial reps and burning out is actual failure
@@JackedJoeyYT no it isnt, search it,every studie done with "failure" is what i descrived and for strength you shouldnt even go to failure.
@@goncalopereira8267 stay shmall
@@JackedJoeyYT Bruv ur 140 pounds
@@goncalopereira8267 Training until failure and doing those last "shit reps" is basically just giving it your absolute all. You don't need studies to logically decipher what Joey's doing isn't wrong.
Shuold i start posting video as well for my road to ufc champ?
Im kinda ugly and fat tho, pretty embarassing💀.
no
@@JackedJoeyYT😂
Aint gonna stop me from becomed the featherweigth a lightweight champion@@JackedJoeyYT
I'd watch ur videos drop some
Hello brother
That owner is a Smelly little boy. Arrogant. He might feel like he can help you improve, but there's a way you should speak to people.
I think you can improve your partials. First, based on just what I can see (so I may be wrong), I think you can push out a couple more full reps. And when I see you do partials, I think you can go harder and further. Partials are there for when you fail your normal reps, so when you fail the normal reps, then you can start partials. I also think your partials can have more range, I think you are cutting the range of motion too short. For each partial, you should go as far as you can, where your not moving the weight anymore, then you can hold it there for a second or two, and then do the next partial. This is how Sam Sulek does his partials, and I think it's the best way.
Just something to think about. Apart from that, you looked like you had a very good session, so well done. Nice work
Thanks for the tip brother 🤜🤛
