They still think that Mentally ill means "Crazy" or they only consider people with crazy disorder as the people who are trully mentally ill. And call those people who suffer depression and anxiety as drama queens or whatever they call it. It's heart breaking to know that most of people will only acknowledge that you are depress or mentally ill when something worse already happen to you.
