I'm so glad I clicked on this video today. It was a lot of fun, and I really loved the variety of exercises and you're a very likeable instructor. I am far from a beginner, and it still made me work. :) I opted for higher impact versions here and there - against my better judgement because I should know how much my ankle hates those, but with a Bruno Mars mix on in the background, I got a little carried away a few times. :) Great workout, thank you so much for sharing it, I will definitely be back for more.

I know the music mix I used is so fun but I had to be careful to keep the volume low so it didn’t drowned out my voice so I’m so glad you’re still inspired by the music!
