If you're using rations, something has to go, and with good crew and preventative maintenance, you should be covered anyway, at least for most situations.
It depends... If you want to farm Credits then the patriot is the way better option,. because the ammo is dirt cheap and you have a good DPM! If you want a strong Hull Down Tank with a Gun thats trollish, but can work...then the Bisconte might be worth it🤷♂️
