Hi! You may have accidentally changed the "Style" option of the Marquee Tool to "Fixed Ratio" or "Fixed Size". If you have the tool selected, at the parameters at the top, change the Style option to "Normal", this should allow you to draw rectangles again!

My rectangular marquee tool only draws square it cannot form rectangles why ?
