00:00 Another boat ramp bubble bath!
00:12 He comes in a little hard
01:13 Something here don't look right
03:42 Poor Fido goes swimming
04:15 Missed the trailer again
04:56 That was a hard fall...
05:48 She nearly hit that boat, but she definitely hit those docks
06:18 Almost hits another boat
07:15 She finally (almost) makes it on to the trailer - Комедії
I've been boating all my long 50 years on this earth and even I would feel nervous at these ramps you film. All those people watching and filming, coupled with boaters that obviously need lessons would have me looking for a new ramp. I've had a few onlookers at the ramps in Tarpon Springs (FL) where I take my smaller boat, and its no big deal most of the time, but I don't think people realize how nervous a camera makes people feel. At these ramps knowing that I will def make utube if I make a single mistake would have me rethinking where I put in at. We all make mistakes but I don't think I could stomach being on utube for life. I'd be supremely embarrassed. At least if its not on camera, most people will forget me by the next day.
Sitting there and waiting to record people’s mistakes so that you can profit from them is predatory. The biggest problem is that we don’t know why each of these people make the mistakes they make. The cameraman inserts his own narrative into the videos and we’re supposed to just take that at face value. For all we know, it could have been blue boat captain’s first day on the water & that boat was passed down to him by a family member or something. But now, he’s been blasted on UA-cam and the owner of this channel will make money at his detriment. The better way to do this would be to help as many of these people as possible. There’s no reason you can’t give that guy some advice as you’re hovering over him waiting for him to slip up.
It’s silly to take these measures mistakes to seriously. I’ve had my share of loading problems. I wish I had videos to study and learn from my mistakes when just learning. Everyone makes mistakes and I wish they could laugh at them rather than being hostile.
My 18 yo took his GF out once alone. When loading he used the trolling motor and bent the shaft. I wasn’t mad he learned his mistake. I had it fixed and never thought about it again. My boats were 18ft so not big but when the wind blew it was hard.
Let’s laugh at ourselves and educate ourselves how to get better.
Most people will forget by the time they finish their next video.
Dog is smart not to get on, he already knows they can’t drive the boat! Mary Ann from Brooklyn! Good call
"A Thousand miles from nowhere". Classic CCC line.Well done!
Man that 1st with red suv was incredible. He must have been a new captain. Why do they always back down so far?!?!? Thanks for sharing. Love your content
A captain would have enough hours and would know how to load a boat that man is a googan. Not bad looking though a 1960s boat a 1970s motor rigged up like a fishing machine and then you have a very smart dog just wanting to get out of there and go back home
My guess is that they turn down lessons offered to them when they buy the boat and trailer. Most places will give you lessons; you might have to ask, but they are usually more than willing to do so. New boaters often don't take docking classes, especially here in Florida. They'll take the safety course and maybe even a nav course, but stop there. All boaters should be required to undergo a docking class if their boat is larger than 21'.
No one seems to want to offer advice, everyone just wants to be snarky and point and laugh. I lucked out and had a guy working on the docks at the ramp my first time taking my boat out of the water, and he gave me a quick lesson on how to do it. Trailer goes in to just where the fenders are submerged. Be sure to tilt the motor up first thing after shutting it off. Pretty easy stuff, everyone needs taught at first.
Love the vids brother
When I watch these videos I realize why our country is in so much trouble, these people loading boats have zero common sense!!!
The first guy was learning and didn't destroy anything. It's common sense to get out and try new things and learn rather than to never do anything because you're not an expert yet
Wow... no shortage of entertainment at the dock 😃👍
Take your sweet time at the ramp, Bumbles.
Keep them coming Captain, hello from Newcastle Australia 🦘
Hello you you bro from Mississippi.
Maryanne from Brooklyn... love the inside Stern reference. 😆🤣
:)
Your commentary is top notch! Ordering some merch this weekend!
Memories from childhood with Family.😂😂😂😊
Nothing wrong with the little blue boat. Whatever gets you out on the water.
“Since he’s got the trailer a little too deep”
Yeah like deeper than the titanic!!
3:43 money shot
I've been watching your videos for some time now, they always help me feel better about my own boating follies. Live up hear in Pacific North West and did most of my boating in nice warm weather. I had no qualms about getting in the water and pulling my boat straight onto the trailer. Most times did not need to as I usually had some great first and second mates.
Woot, it's been a minute since the last video.
That lady seemed pretty hostile with that dog, and it definitely did not want to go with her. That says a lot imho
Excellent video CCC! They should make a separate place to get boats in and out of the water for "probies". But that wouldn't be as exciting. Love your videos. I got to go get me some merch!! Hope to see you soon on the water again. Safe ramp watching Captain!
This was A goo one man, I think your edits are funny.
*good
Thanks for sharing, been missing your videos...from Arizona City, Arizona
Thumbs Up for the Stern reference!
Big fan!.. commentary is on point 😆
Guide polls on your trailer are your friend.
Lmfao. “1000 miles from no where” also first time for a disclaimer about posting being nice. Hahahahaha
hahahah where is that! that a prime spot i cant believe you see so many funny stuff in such small amount of time. that priceless. no need to pay for a humoristic show.
Always enjoy the commentary
Been boating for decades. I still make mistakes at the ramp. Always learning.
WELCOME BACK CAPTAINS
Made me think about the banana in the tail pipe
Always fun to watch boaters who don't have a clue as to what they're doing.... Thanks for the laughs.
That is a busy boat ramp.
Gotta be honest man, this is great stuff! My ramp is at a small marina in Virginia and I see a few solid mistakes but mostly everyone is somewhat competent. I'm kind of floored at the people being watched and also filmed that feel they are doing it right. Keep it up brother, I will keep watching.
Blue boat guy needs a friend
I don't think there's room in the boat for a friend but I see what you mean
5:00 gets into his SUV absolutely soaking wet….
The Marianne from Brooklyn reference warmed my heart lmao
That's a neat little blue boat, but somebody needs to educate that guy. And you don't have to submerge your whole trailer.
If you ever get a chance to come to Las Vegas you need to go to lake mead launch ramps at Hemingway. All 4 tires are in the water and the trailer won’t even be submerged enough.
I had a boat ramp back in Michigan that was so shallow that I had a hard time launching and retrieving my 15 ft boat. I always had to back way in,
Blue boat guy busted up that pretty horn. Good video.
😅 6:06 even the bird is laughing.
3:41 I love dogs!
Wow, excellent Stern reference! 🤣
When is the Bow reference?
Bumber boat, she drives straight in to dock...then into the other dock...😮
The dog!!! Hahah
Makes you wonder if the guy in the blue boat sunk it prior to figuring out what the rubber plugs on the end of those chains were for.
The way he’s got the trolling motor extended it why when I did tm repaired is why I saw a lot of broken mount brackets🤟
Thumbs up for bubble baths
There ain’t nothing left in that cooler because she drank it already lol
My oh my!
Loved the shout out to Maryann from Brooklyn. All poor lady needs his Howard Stern in her life. Caw Caw
I have never drove a boat and only been in one maybe a little over a dozen times but this is funny. I like my desert life (yes I spelled it that way hahaha) because these idiots are not as prevalent but they do exist. Been watching this channel for a few years just because of the other channel you have. Great work on both and I appreciate both of them.
when Imus Jr was funny. Good ole Mary Ann.
Hilarious
Hmmmm!! I think the problem is , he needs to put the trailer in deeper! Thank God for weekend warriors! Salt water is good for vehicles!😂
That Costa sticker says a lot about
Ditch those bunks. I've never used them. Get some self centreing rollers.
lol how many people know the merry Ann reference 😂
First guy= No fk'g clue.
Wonder if Marianne, learned how to drive/captin the boat from Benjy. lol..😆
All I need is Howid in my life!
Hard to watch some of this, thinking some of them should have left the beer at home.
You should've given that woman more credit, she put boat on trailer first time, just need a bit more throttle to drive it home.
that lady in pink might've cracked her trolling motor mount and fiberglass clean off lol
Wow
Howard fan me too
Wow. This is not rocket surgery. Brain science, maybe😅
The first dude in the red explorer should have backed up some more! I mean why stop when you can just go a little further back and get the front wheels submersed too?
We all have made poor decisions, but it funny to watch other people make em'
Of course the dog is a doodle
I never knew this was a thing.
If the front tires aren’t floating you’re not deep enough.
I never ever get wet loading or unloading my boat. I dont understand all the confusion!
Wow! Some people are not very smart.
Boat ramps are always good for some drama and laughs. I hate government rules but sometimes I think a boat driving licence with a competency test might save lives. Nah, ya know what, screw it. Let'em keep us laughing 😂. No more rules..
And the beat goes on……
Back it in learn the depth u need u should be able to judge from the drivers seat. If it’s a little shallow u might be able to crank it in. I have a yam212ss it’s big and I have to launch alone most days. It’s easier for me if I back in right next to the dock and use a bow rope and a stern rope to guide my boat to the cleats.
Dog? What dog?
I bet you could buy that blue boat pretty cheap right now!!😮 no he ain’t all right!!
Swing and a miss!
It’s amazing to me how the lack of knowledge folks have for the water and how to back trailers and how deep , seems they go an test or practice to see how deep they need to back in the trailer 🤦♂️
That guy with the red veickle was so painful to watch.
Year after year even with these videos on youtube people do the same thing , i dont understand why they put the trailer in so deep , they have to struggle with this every time, but they just keep doing it , i think by definition its insane
Hey CCC…you should put up a good quality sign and offer “Trailering $20-$100”.
Who said I was good. 😆
You shirt should say, "I work for tips"
Some people need instructions for a rocking chair
That took forever....
The first guy tried to stay dry until he realized that he was an idiot and messed up.
Let’s just call it Rampdemonium™
Damnit you tmd it
Haha. I hereby grant you a free perpetual license!
Fenders just showing or you ain’t going
I drove 900 miles to stand on those docks Sunday 8:00am. There was a bum laying on the bench. I gave him $40. 20 for him and he said he'd give you the other 20, did you get it? 1st boat in, parked on the ramp, unloaded a bunch of crap, put the boat in, then loaded the crap onto the boat. 2nd boat launched like a pro, pulled out a minute later, bilge pumps humming, forgot the plug, and looked thru the boat and truck to finally find one. Buc-ee's could learn a thing or 2 from the bathrooms there, beyond description. And I saw a sign by the ramp "I'll pay you $5 to fall in the water, $10 to forget your drainplug -CCC". Not sure what to make of that. I was visiting family in Melbourne.
You really entrusted a bum with some cash?
I did miss ya were out there around 3pm. I didn’t see those 😂
At 0:30; Oops, he broke the horn support.
Poor dog
Imbecile Paradise.
Cletus with his trailering skills.
Scooby-Doo needing glasses.
Karen on the mossy slip & slide.
Don't forget the chick that went full speed into the dock and Jacks up her electric trolling motor.
🥴🍻
as long as u got money for it u can drive it right??
Do people know what fenders are in this part of the world?
😎✊👍✌
Sweet motor boat, but you might want to go easy on the joy juice and lift the engine first. Hell of a way to jack those brand new Dockers. I must say, Credit Card Captain has gone above and beyond with this one.
Ahhhh! What's another $600.00 trolling motor!! Go Get Her Away from the dock!!
More googans than fish.
Every episode brings me back to 7/4/09. I can’t believe I let my ex talk me into that fiasco. Never go out on a major holiday again. Almost every single idiot in the state goes out.
