Could you do a video on off ice jump+rotation training? And how do you incorporate skate spinners into your off ice? I have real trouble with using a skate spinner and can´t seem to find a real tutorial on how to use it effectivly. I can only do a scratch spin left backward inward on it :(
Wonderful! Thank you, that's just so helpful... I have to do much on my own as I can't get training sessions so often, so getting good advice and wonderful examples with commentary is so important. Can you please do more videos on beginner moves and essential fundamentals. Another suggestion: could you also do a video on your skating wear? ❤️
So if you’re standing straight with your feet facing forward. Lean your right foot two the left side, that’s an inside edge. With your left foot you would lean to the right. For an outside edge. Come back to that standing straight position with your feet facing forward. With your right foot, you would lean with it to the right and with your left foot to the left. That’s an outside edge.
Well I mean not the most helpful. Basically my instructor told me the same thing and explained the same things to me, and I still didn’t get it. I’ll just have to keep trying....🤦🏻♀️😫
Thank you for this video! I'm strugglin so hard on holding edges in inline skates, anyone else skates on inlines here?
AAAAAAHHHH me too, i'm trying to apply her videos on inline skates, I'm happy to know that I'm not the only one skating in this way

Yay! Do you have something similar for backwards?
Hi Sofie, could you please show progression and practise for crossovers please? Your videos very helpful, thank you.

Is ice skating a little bit like roller blading?
I really want to learn how to ice skate it’s my dream
I’m really good at roller skating and blading
Yes, It's quite similar, so you'll have an easier time than maybe most people, but it's still a different feeling to get used to.
Okay! Thank youuu
How do you know which is inside and outside?
