I 100% took the “my younger self’s wildest dreams” mantra to heart and I just purchased vintage Guess overalls on Poshmark. I wanted them SOOOOO BAAAADLY when I was a teen but they were so expensive. I’m going to be 47 this year. Rocking my teen dream overalls. ❤️

Yay! I wore overalls/dungarees to death in my adolescence so I feel like I can't go back there now as an adult. Which putting it down in writing now seems rediculous 😂

That Y2K orange outfit gave me LIFE. I am 33, so back in high school my friends and I coined the term "Blorangey" for out style aesthetic because we wore nothing but bright blue, orange and yellow.
I thrifted a purple blazer like this for a Willy Wonka costume a few years ago. I never thought I'd wear it again but here we go!

That purple blazer is everything!! It looks like it might still be tacked in the back - usually that's just one loose stitch that's meant to be pulled out which makes the blazer sit really nicely on you, especially when you sit down!

Loved that you did full outfits incl accessories, it gives me a much better idea of how to style certain items. I always have such a hard time figuring out what types of shoes/accessories to add. Would love to see more videos like this!
Carrie, I'm so thankful that in recent days you show us some more neutral colored and bohoish styles again! While I love new trends and I'm really into the wide leg pants and midi skirts and oversized stuff, I will not wear the funky colors.

Love the last look! I wore a version of that to the beach recently (blue button up) and felt SO cute and confident but also protecting my skin/tattoos from getting burned! I enjoy the idea of hats but can only tolerate visors since my hair is so big! I need it in a bun and out of my face at all times lol
Bring it! I need some inspiration because I am packing to visit family and I needed some ideas. Well there no too much here that I can wear around my family back home. Very cute looks!! I especially liked the orange top and colorful skirt! Suggestion: Be sure to keep your hats even if they seem to go out of style! I don’t squirrel away clothing from the past, but I DO save nice accessories-such as good purses, belts, sunglasses and hats-even scarves!! I have saved almost all my “good” purses from decades ago, and now I can give my granddaughters bags by Dooney & Bourke, Coach and lots of others! I also have some belts and scarves that I bought a LONG time ago, and they fit right in today (Also are much nicer than a lot that are sold currently!). Everything is cyclical!🤗
