So if you already in the uk under dependents visa with no experience ..how best can you build this 6 month experience for you to be able to start joining these agencies ??
I would imagine the best way is to join an agency that does not require 6 months experience prior to joining. However, I'm guessing that they probably all do. Usually, most nursing homes (elderly care homes) are desperate for carers, especially to work night shifts. They usually do not require a carer to have completed 6 months in an official care position. However, some will ask for an NVQ level 2 or a QCF level 2 health care qualification as minimum. If coming from another country, for context, this is a vocational qualification that is equivalent to senior school certificates and it is fairly easy to gain the equivalent in your own country and use that to enter a job in a nursing home first. I started out as a carer (many years ago) in the UK, and only had experience of caring for an elderly relative at home, which the employer accepted. This type of experience is still sufficient today to start work within nursing homes, however, care agencies will not usually accept this as experience.
After 6 months in a nursing home, you could then leave and do agency.
