Obviously they'd go through a period of induction, training and preceptorship to meet the set competencies of the role, but as registered nurses. Indian and Philipino nurses don't come to the UK to work as carers, so why the difference? Great content, thanks.

Point of correction. The health care assistant is also 5 years not 1year. The scheme is currently only available for one year not the route. All jobs under the health and care are eligible for indefinite leave to remain after 5 years on the route.

She can’t switch from visiting visa to work visa but she can switch from student visa to work visa
