They clearly do. There's a lot of people who like money and Oil and the Saudi Government has a lot of both. Of course there's a deep weakness in their power structure that lies with their own people many of whom can't stand them that's why they're flailing about like madmen at the moment trying to dominate the region. It's really a vain attempt to distract and protect themselves from internal pressures.
