Dodge Ram wheel bearing removal and replacement tips and tricks on rusted wheel bearings

So in this video, we’re gonna show you some of the tips and tricks about removing wheel bearings most real bearings nowadays remove the same way unfortunately mine is 2 Wheel Dr. And not 4 x 4 however, the procedure is nearly identical. With the exception you would remove the big nut and push the axle back.
If it was a four-wheel-drive and even if it’s not a four-wheel-drive really the best way to do this job is to take the whole knuckle off and press out the bearing. If you know it’s gonna be Rusty. . I still show you in this video how to keep the knuckle on and press the wheel bearing off, but really this is kind of detrimental to the ball joint and it’s much easier to press these then it is to go through the garbage that I go through, but I’m gonna drop a little bit of wisdom and tell you how to not have trouble getting, a wheel bearing for cheap

I've taken a couple knuckles off and taken them to a machine shop and had them pressed out.... $$...

I often wondered what a place would charge for that it’s really easy to forget that you can do that because you’re always worried about damaging the ball joint. I should’ve put how you get that control arm knuckle off with my trick in this video instead of messing around with that air hammer, but it didn’t take that long to get it out of there
