I want to use these for a circle arch, how many would you recommend I buy to cover about half of an arch? And will these hold up well if made the day before an event?
Personally, I think Floral Foam garland would be a better bet, but the Iglus would work. I actually have a video using both mechanics on an arch coming out this month. More dainty arches, garland, or circular arches are really best to build onsite the day of. It's inconvenient, but when I've tried to 'work ahead' I spend more time tweaking, correcting, and trying to attached pre-made cages to an arch when causes breakage. For a 1/2 circle it would take you and a helper less than an hour so I'd personally try to build it the day of. I hope that helps!
