My abandonment issues and insecurities which my narc mother kindly gave me. On the road of healing. Dated another guy. There were no red flags. Then I caught him in a lie and I cut him off. He is now begging to talk to me by texting and calling me. I haven't even blocked him and I'm not even getting triggered. That's how you cut someone off when they disrespect you. Silence. No need for a dramatic scene. I am 30 and I am only learning my worth in 2020 👸🏾

If women stayed in the here and now and made decisions based on who the man actually is, not who he used to be and not who she hopes he becomes, it will be easier for her to walk away from a toxic relationship.

I stumbled across a Q&A Mr. Gaskins did with his wife a while back.......I happened to scroll to a part where she said something to the effect of "I've never been the type to care much about the superficial stuff, if you were not making me FEEL good, comfortable and secure, I have no problem leaving you". BOY, what a word!!!
Personally I feel like I have always given good looking men a little more slack, especially if they had their lives in some kind of order. This would cause me to over-extend the benefit of the doubt and keep myself in situations way past there expiration, which led to more headaches and potential heartaches. Ladies, that advice is solid!

I don’t know why some women have a hard time cutting men off. The earlier the better save yourself the later heartbreak. Respectfully communicate and address what needs to be addressed but when he doesn’t check himself with the non negotiable things , choose yourself/don’t waste your time.
I don’t listen to every and every relationship coach/UA-cam video men make but let me tell you, after that first painful heartbreak as an adult. I have gained a lot of wisdom from Tony Gaskins and a select others. It was like I was studying 📝. I’m 27 and many men wonder where I get my wisdom from & my ability to walk away they don’t believe until they try it ! Prayer, discernment, and knowledge from respectable experienced coaches/adults.

This is so on point! Our cut off game needs to be strong. We gotta do better. If only I had known this sooner. But it's definitely better than it was. When you get to the point where you don't mind being by yourself. You find you can cut off quicker and with decisiveness.
