TGM3 Easy: 1770 Hanabi (recorded wr)

This is the best ti easy run to have video proof, beating MOMs 1769 by one hanabi (lol). This run is really cool, but I still need to keep working to beat BOS.U's unrecorded 1810 to truly claim the world record.

Looks like a huge jump from what you were able to do previously, for the first time in watching you I feel I will never be able to catch you up. I don't expect you to beat this before a long time if not never.

The main game was improvable, but the roll in this run was incredibly good and is definitely going to be very hard to run against. I think I'll improve it eventually but it could easily take quite a while

Is there a theoretical limit?

There's not really a hard upper limit, but I don't expect human runs to ever get higher than ~2100 at the very best (and motivation to keep going would probably dry up after breaking 2000). By using killscreen strats (waiting 15 minutes at the start of the game so that shirase 1000 speeds kick in) it's possible to get really high scores. this works because it lets you place more pieces in the credits and clear more T spins, but the run is so inconsistent and the killscreen roll is so difficult that nobody has really done it yet.
