- This is my first time raising Chinese okra. Let me show you how these unusual plants that are related to cucumbers and gourds grow. I'll also show you how to make a tasty dish with them.
Thanks for Your video
I have breaded and fried this like I would normally fry okra and it turns out pretty good like that too and yes the red bugs the person referred to are squash bugs
Thank you for your video. Try some Chinese okra stir fry with eggs or shrimps next time, and you will love it.
Your suggestions sound great! Thanks for commenting!
Really interesting video, First time I hear about the Chinese okra, thank you Lynn!
I'm surprised they don't have them in your country. I read that they grow in tropical and subtropical regions.
@@LynnBunker We have a lot of exotic fruits and vegetables but I haven't heard of this one, not even my parents, maybe we have it but we just don't know where to get it.
@@marcossgd2172 I think they must be grown more in Asia.
Those red bugs on your plant are bad!
As long as they don't bite me or do much harm to anything, I usually don't mess with the bugs outside. The spiders that like to hang out around my patio table, well, we have a feud going.
