If you're claiming that the washer is being held up by the crimp part of the cable's lug because the washer's diameter is too big, could you have just flipped your cable ends upside down and make them fit with the washers on top? The lugs will work the same in either orientation. It's also okay to bend the lug a little if you have to to make it sit flat. If that isn't what you mean by "not allowing my lugs to fit properly", could you explain what you do mean? I'm very glad that you tested this battery at a .2 C rate. So many reviewers don't seem to know that that is the rate specified for LiFePO4 batteries when testing the discharge capacity. They will hang one of those little fan cooled 10 amp testers on a 280 amp hour battery for days and then exclaim, "Wow! We got 3% more that the rated capacity" and it means nothing. At least from where I was looking, you seemed to be observing the "Watts IN" of the Bouge RV power bank at 92 watts. In other words, you were CHARGING IT at 92 watts FROM the Dr. Prepare battery, not the other way around. Also the battery symbol is pulsing its last segment off and on, which indicates charging on many of my solar generators. Maybe that Bouge RV port is one way only or maybe the Dr. Prepare? Whatever the reason, I saw only power going into the Bouge RV unit.
Its cool but i think the vterun is a little nicer. 237 delivered when you sign up to their email thing offered when you visit site. It has 200 w mppt. Self heating and connects to an app. But this one might be better if components break.
Nice battery for the price hopefully you put it through its paces and do another video in about six months
