Ball Handling:
1. Stationary Ball Handling (2 Minutes)
Crossovers, Between the Legs, Behind the Back, In-Out Crossovers
2. On the Move Freestyle Ball Handling (2 Minutes)
Mix it up with creative moves and keep the ball on a string!
Finishing Floaters:
3. 1 Foot Floaters
4. 2 Foot Floaters
Shooting Drills: (Make 3-5, 2-3 sets each)
5. 1 Dribble Baseline Pullups
6. 2 Dribble Pullup Attack the Elbow
7. 2 Dribble Attack the Elbow Behind the Back
Baseline Drive all the way through the other Side of Court
(Both Sides of the Court (Make 3-5 each Drill for 2-3 sets)
8. Elbow Shot
9. Inside the Paint Shot
10. Floater
11. Baseline Drive, All the Way Through for a 3
Top of the Key & Wings Shooting: (Make 3-5, 2 sets each)
12. Bounce the Ball Shoots for Midrange & 3s
13. Backup Dribbles Between the Legs 3
14. Backup Dribbles Between the Legs Sidestep
Timed Shooting Challenges:
15. 2-Minute Midrange 1 Dribble Pullups (Make 10 or More)
16. 2-Minute 3-Point Shooting 1 Dribble Pullups (Make 10 or More)
2-Ball Handling:
17. 2-Minute 2 Ball Handling Freestyle
No matter your current level, these drills are designed to build your confidence and improve your game. Consistency is key-put in the work, and you’ll start to see the results on the court. Remember, training alone can be just as effective as working with a team if you stay disciplined and focused.
