One note is that on the double off the wall, it’s quite likely the the runner who started on third would have scored. Although it depends on a lot of factors like how hard the ball was hit, whether the runner hesitated because he thought the ball might be caught, how well the left fielder played he carom off the wall, or how fast the runner is.
This is probably a useful tutorial for kids and beginners at baseball

If bases are loaded is it possible (theoretically) to do a quadruple play as there are 4 men on 4 plates?
No because once the third out is made the inning is over. So you can have a triple play (which is rare) but not a quadruple play.
