I have the same trimmer , owning it over 3 years, and use 5 amp hour batteries. Each battery lasts me 30-45 minutes and I really use mine to cut both thin grass and some heavy overgrowth. Though I do have multiple batteries to also power my other Bauer tools, it does make it handy. In my opinion, I do like mine, and rate it really good.
You should tilt the head of your weed eater so that when the string turns it will spin more level with the ground as well as you should try to cut the weeds a lot closer to the ground than what you are and I think you'll get much better results by the time your battery dies!

You need to put that black cover thing on it really helps cut everything with the blade on it. Im on half an acre and the 5ah really lasted i have 2 so it does the job easy especially for the price

I was super skeptical at first when I bought this. I do lawn maintenance for a living. But I don't wanna spend $350 for the weedeater I really want. All I have are a few spots that pop up in spring around my driveway. This thing gets the job done. It's not gonna knock down. The tall stuff. But if you get it while it's short early in the am, this thing does just fine. Plus I use the 5 battery. Lasted a really long time for me. I weedeated for a half hour and still had two dots left. Super happy with this weedeater.
I use a worx 20v. It stays with a worx 20v blower, worx chainsaw, in my truck box. Handy and quiet, but when know I'm going to burn through brush, there's a Stihl on mower trailer. Worx just cause it was early in power yard tools...
I appreciate the dgaf about pricing as well as the products if it works and its a bargain price send it lol we use to use saar's too when junior lived out near research 😉 we have a craftsman 20v trimmer and a stihl gas as well

5 “amp HOURS” not, just amps. That is why the battery says “5 AH” and not “5A”. These are two completely different units that measure two completely different things. One is capacity (amp hours) and one is electrical current (amps). This is like confusing your cars top speed with how far it can travel on a tank of fuel. It’s not critical to this particular style of review but taking a few minutes to learn some basic principles of physics, and then using the correct units would go a long way when it comes to people trusting your reviews and the growth of your channel! 👍 Anyway, good luck and thanks for the demonstration!
your results are what I expected. I saw the thing in the store and thought...a toy. the single string showed that it was going to be weak. cheap wall powered weed eaters are MUCH better - if a long enough extension cord is in reach
Instructions! I don't need No Instructions! toss everything even the weed-wacker! I just purchased the Electric Corded BAUER 5.5 Amp 15 In. String Trimmer [Model E20115E-B] and I am trying to make sense of adding nylon trimmer to the spool.
I like my Bauer tools but if you need to cut anything substantial then you want the Ego 56 volt weed Wacker,it is as good as a gas powered without the hassle.
i have two-cycle and four-cycle weedeaters. the 4 was WAY better - easier (no mixing), more power (not sure why), started easier and ran smoother. BUT - in theory - the 2 cycle SHOULD be better.
You tried cutting down a small jungle with that. That eater is built to go around a thin strip around mail box and house base. Not a 15x18ft jungle.
