Thank you Juicy Vlog George, Lucy, and Koda for sharing your Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia trip....Kuala Lumpur looks so modern now in 2023..... I cannot help, but to remember the Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta Jones 1999 movie Entrapment which was filmed in Kuala Lumpur.....That movie was 24 almost 25 years ago.... According to your vlog, there are now shopping centers, amusement theme parks, and lots of restaurants..... Looking forward to your next vlog at the Petronas Towers.... Advanced Happy New Year 2024!!!!
My advice, go visit elsewhere too. Not just kl. Penang, ipoh, melaka are great towns. In the future trip, you can try borneo. We do not have as many islands compared to thailand, philippines, indonesia but still world class.
I can decipher 4 year old dialect. 😂 LOL!!! At 3:56, Koda says “where are we, Malaysia.” After being asked to repeat what his Mother says. Koda is sooo cute! 🤗
really enjoying all these vlogs you . i really like that you all let us know too whats sort of expensive and whats cheaper , im watching from the USA 😊
This is so strange watching you from Hove UK whilst my mum watches your vlogs all the time and shes staying in Berjaya Times Sq right now to! Shes on floor 28. ❤
I remember how delicious those *Ice Kachang* is, even though it's been 35 years since I was in Malaysia last. And yes the food is delicious, it's just like in Singapore.
Welcome to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, guys. Rest assured that Malaysia is a family-friendly holiday destination, so enjoy without the fear of being harassed by street rowdiee or aggressive street vendors. As long as you do your homework well, you'll gonna have an experience of a lifetime. Remember, you're in food paradise. Lol😂
Lot 10 shopping mall basement has a great variety of food stalls. I’m not sure whether it’s still there after Covid. You should have kept walking to the Pavilion mall down the road. It has a lot of foods stalls in basement (fully air conditioned) 😂😂😂 and also beautiful restaurant on top floor. There is also a “walk way” from Pavilion mall to the Petronas Tower too. It’s pretty epic over that side. Enjoy your trip, I miss the food in Malaysia 🤤🤤🤤
You can try the 2nd largest mall in the world called ioi city mall at putrajaya. Many activities inside as well. Not to mention genting highlands' skytropolis theme park
The reason why they call it a “Lift” and not an elevator is because Malaysia is part of the British commonwealth. Singapore too at one time. Might also explain why they drive on the left side of the road as well…
We were in KL around the same time, with our 3 year old, it's exactly the same experience we had, nice people, very easy to go around. We were also there last time on 2018/19 NYE, without our 3 year old
Lucy. Pay no attention to that unfortunate comment below. Some people just enjoy being rude. The expression on koda’s face was magical as he listened to George play the guitar. Perhaps you have a musician in the making.
Oh as a Brit who loves kl I have to recommend the best Indian restaurant in KL. If you go to Ramada suites there’s a big Indian restaurant on the ground floor.
I know both elevator and lift, some people don't and our floors are counted as ground floor, 1 St floor etc etc. Some countries start with 1st floor, 2nd floor. Another peculiar thing is some apartments or condos do not have the number 4. This sounds like "death" in Chinese. Real bloody taboo number. The replacement is 3A. Facts.
It's because Malaysia is in the British Commonwealth. Used to be a British colony. Whereas the Philippines used to be an American territory and is more Americanized.
Makes sense when youre vlogging in some hotel cafeteria talking to a camera. Despite the amount of vloggers nowadays , it's still pretty rare to see it and many older people will look at it like some alien tech . Also, who needs to film for 5 minutes while you're we eating just talking about a flight you were just on. She could've saved it for later while they're walking.
its look you land on my favorite countries. i want you to go to states terengganu and visit pulau perhentian(perhentian islands). lot of visitor there because is nice water they got. hope you enjoy your stay
Hopefully. My supplier for Internet told me park hyatt is ready. Probably 6 star. However, I do hope the observation deck is ready coz I want to go up !!
I think he meant Singapore and Malaysia used British words compared to Philippines where they used more American words. As mentioned by the UA-camr herself, when she was talking about the lift/elevator.
Singapore is the same, they drive the same side as in England and calls elevator lift. Not sure if Malaysia was a colony before but certainly influenced by Brits. And Singapore was part of Malaysia. I think only Philippines really was more Americanized around SE Asia.

LEGOLAND in johor bahru is a just a very nice relaxing 4 hour ride away, the condos there are stunning too.
I can decipher 4 year old dialect. 😂 LOL!!! At 3:56, Koda says “where are we, Malaysia.” After being asked to repeat what his Mother says. Koda is sooo cute! 🤗
The elderly couple behind Lucy at around 2:40 cracked me up 😂 Also, that’s some creative camera angling by Lucy.
I thought the same thing. Hahaha typical Malaysian habit of not respecting privacy of others
But i guess we are just a bunch of curious people 😂

Hello George snd Lucy watching you from chicago
It's because Malaysia is in the British Commonwealth. Used to be a British colony. Whereas the Philippines used to be an American territory and is more Americanized.
You should see more on bukit bintang and Genting Highlands for more theme malls
how many times lucy changes the camera angle because the guy behind keeps staring 😂 the way you covered the girl using your hand at 2:45 😂 so funny 😅
Makes sense when youre vlogging in some hotel cafeteria talking to a camera. I notice that imported brands like shoes, clothes, musical instruments and electronics is more expensive here than in the US.
In this region, only the Philippines are "Americanised"... So if you swing by here to Singapore, you'll feel right at home with British English💯
What?? Singapore english more to chinise accent..dont make a joke
U so funny hahaa
maybe she means in terms of formal english, not daily english use.@@shafkamaruddin9226
I think he meant Singapore and Malaysia used British words compared to Philippines where they used more American words. As mentioned by the UA-camr herself, when she was talking about the lift/elevator.
@@shafkamaruddin9226No about the accent, it's the words we used. Example : lift/elevator.

You need to know that Malaysia is the richest country in Southeast Asia

Singapore is the same, they drive the same side as in England and calls elevator lift. Not sure if Malaysia was a colony before but certainly influenced by Brits. And Singapore was part of Malaysia. I think only Philippines really was more Americanized around SE Asia.
