Arduino IDE port problem fixed!! | Arduino ⏩

Note* - you must connect Arduino to pc/laptop before installing the driver
If you are not able to select port (in Tools) in Arduino IDE then it must be because of the missing driver .The solution to this is to download the required driver (Ch340 driver)
some other reasons:-
(1) In tools - Board - see that proper board is selected ( If your using Arduino UNO then select Arduino UNO)
(2) In tools - Programmer - select ArduinoISP and see
(3) Most of the time it is because of the improper connection between Arduino and laptop(faulty cable)
(4) update/reinstall the Arduino IDE and check

okay so a point to everyone, i was struggling with this issue for a long time, and even this method didn't work as like many others it said "ch340 is preinstalled " but finally got the solution- CONNECT YOUR USB REAL TIGHT. yes that was it, force it well into the arduino and you would get a nice connected sound too, and VOILA. your port option is back !!

Dude i've been looking at other solutions on youtube for 2 hours and all they have done was spamming update drivers in the device manager which didnt work. And your solution worked ! Plus your video was only 2 minutes. Definitely giving a like.

Right click on it and select uninstall,
then restart the PC ...Windows will reinstall the driver automatically, solving conflicts and other errors. Just try this

i cant fix it ...... says that is pre installed advance
1)If showing pre-installed that means Arduino is not connected properly...jst push the usb real tight into the Arduino
OR
(2) Uninstall the pre-installed CH3 from device manager and then install again
connect arduino with other cable! it worked for me only on 2 cables out of 5 tested

Installing Ch340 driver should work or else install Ch341 driver it worked for many users.

Try this :-
Connect Arduino with USB then go to device manager and under Ports you will find USB SERIAL CH340 ....right click on it and uninstall and then install again(as shown in video).
