I just bought one the other, the model lower, and I absolutely love it! However my headunit screen completely froze after owning it for 2 days and I had to reset it (by holding down the volume & browse buttons for a good 10+ seconds). I read this is an issue and our salesman said bc it's a new system it might do this 1 or 2 more times and should be fine after that 🤞 if you love the escalades but not the price, this is the closest thing for thousands and thousands less
