Does this phone come already downloaded with the app MDM? Im told it is. i notice on bottom of your screen upon turning it on , the black screen with the time clock, it does not say.... This device belongs to your organization. Mine dies. Im told its because of the MDM app that all these phones come new with. Is this correct?
@@s-us-u8296 found out they put it on there to lock the phone to their company because people would buy phones then sell them right away or change servers with the phones. Or so they say anyway. Goes off in 90 days.
If I understand your situation correctly, the app you are referring to is a way for your organization to control what you do on the device. The phone came with the app installed because it was preinstalled by your organization, but it wouldn't come installed when purchased by one person for personal use.
