What's with Motorola and their love for those vibration motors? I swear that VERY ONE was used in a RAZR V3
lol yeah, its just cheaper to use. Since this isn't a flagship/high end device, they cut corners to lower costs.

What happens if the flex cable from the main board to the sub board brakes or gets cut by mistake? Would I be able to use the flex cable from a different Motorola?

Awesome! Was waiting for this. This phone js amazing for its price and battery replacement doesnt seem too difficult. Also does the main cam have ois? Also that main cam looks large for a phone of this caliber

whats a good hack for removing the screen from the adhesive on the front?
Just heat with a hair dryer or heat gun, and some isopropyl alcohol. You can also use a suction cup tool to help you pull up on the screen to give leverage in getting a pry tool in between the screen and frame.
