Excellent work!!! Thanks for sharing !
hi, would you recommend or not adding rubber feet to a large board 24x18?. May warp?.. If you do recommend adding, what would be the proper placement/alignment?.. Thanks for your time and video!
I recommend feet for even drying on both sides. it is the best prevention for warp. I don't have a standard placement. for a large board that size, I would put on the large rubber feet 7/8" DIA and set them back 1.25" on center. some people like a smaller foot so it is up to you. I also will be carrying XL 1.6" DIA soon
Good luck with sales
That's a very interesting trim bit you're using on the bottom side of the boards. What router bit are you using for that? Nice boards!
1/2" cove bit. makes it easier to pick up
That was my guess. Thanks for the response.
Did Norm sell you his plaid shirt collection? :)
Are the cutting board "feet" the same item as on the push sticks?
Same material and color for the push sticks but without the stainless washers. you don't want metal near the blade
you really need to get out more! you are losin' it dude! btw, you do very good work. oh, and how's that ocd coming along? love ya baby.
I don't know what you see as a disorder. I take extra steps for insurance.... and believe me I learn everything the hard way. what makes me lose it is when finished products becomes unable to sell due to improper handling and storage. now go put some oil on your bench and see how you like it :p
