Type II reactions have fixed antigen. Antibody binds with antigen binding site. The Fc portion stays free.

sir, there was a time when i had a phobia of immunology. Immuno was just a nightmare for me. Even my dad said (he is a doctor) that try to pass the subject with any grade.
