@@CareerChrome madam I have 8 years of experience started my career at ITC very low PKG and moved to TCS recently problem was it was heavy torcher with no proper shift timings and continues all people resigned and left company it was very challenging for me to take further with that company only stayed for 7 months and I had to move back to itc as a backup plan now my PKG is again low now how to plan next move
Another concern is none of the company need 90days notice and lots of company offer c2h
Some company no retairement age written so how exactly plan our move in my situation

But I never login ever in that. Tho plz Guide me muje New company me apna previous UAN no. Show karna chaye woh mange tab yaa Nahi???? Aur Agar nahi show karun tho kya uneh apne se Pata chalskta hai meri previous company ka details.... PLZ NAZIA ma'am makw video on this... Plz Plz Plz.....

Wish you good afternoon mam, I am Java IoT developer had worked in a very small start up company, and in June I joined some telecom start up company of employees size 51-200, and I am facing issue like I have been told to look after opportunity within a week without notice period and salary for worst performance according yo them. I am java iot enthusiast, they do have an e-learning platform of IoT for kids, I was hired so gracefully and now facing such issues and now the company is type of cut off, no email replies, I haven't given resignation, they had to give me termination letter which they didn't give me, I would like to ask you what to do in this situation?
Resignation acceptance mail and experience letter is required to consider your experience, ask them to provide atleast resignation acceptance mail for time being

I have cracked the Mindtree examination in Feb'22 Month and also received an email that you will be soon getting interview email but 4 months have passed and I tried contacting them thrice but they come up with saying that please select your preferred day and time for interview and the same thing had happened with me thrice but still not update from them.
Shall I still keep hopes or move on further..?
