Thanks but what I mean is the catfish taking the fly. Oh and like the catfish here are like huge like 15lb are the smallest, like fish that big how big does the hook have to be, and you use dry flies right ?
@kraker1221 Hello! Depending on the size of the fish you are intending on targeting I would go with a 6 weight, for you can use this for most of your presentations. As for flies, you can NEVER go wrong with a size 2-4 meat whistle! This fly has performed INCREDIBLY well for me in the past! As for these fish (stockers) I would recommend chumming with pellets, and use a spun deer hair or cork fly sized accordingly to the size of the feed you are throwing! If you need flies I can hook
