I'm just a happy asian here watching this video... feeling happy about how you talked about rice... seeing them household asian sauces and garnishes... (except the powdered ginger) but what a satisfying video.
Anyway, these videos are really good! Keep up the good work!
Also, do a must-have pickled series that we can make at home for flavour! And more asian dishes!!

Been following the bulk on Instagram and you’re making crazy progress💪🏽and I’ve never washed store bought rice because I’ve always preferred fluffier sticky rice. Love how you always drop knowledge in the videos on top of showing recipes

Lately, I've been taking dishes like this, that go well over rice, and serving them on top of steamed broccoli (like Chinese takeout style steamed broccoli) it's delicious and definitely takes care of the wasted calories/macros.

What's your favorite recipe that you've made? For me its gotta be your Popeyes chicken sandwich, literally made it so many times and it never gets old. And its so easy to bread the chicken and then freeze it so all you have to do is put it in the air fryer/over and its ready.

Hello, Mina. I am Korean and I searched and subscribed to your channel on anabolic diet. Korean barbecue is called bulgogi. Your food is similar to Korean bibimbap. It's a great diet food. I think it will be a better recipe if fresh vegetables are added in this recipe. I always support your channel. Thank you for the good recipe.

Hey thank you so much for watching and your support! I should've clarified, I meant Korean bbq style restaurants, where you usually have a little bowl of rice, some quickly grilled meats, your self made mix of sauce and some pickled veg. good def use some fresh veggies too!
