I don't think they're boring either!! Veggies are so delicious!! And, I love that you don't use a recipe! You show us how to customize/use what we have ❤
Hi Claire! I found your channel about a month ago, and I instantly connected with your taste in food. Coincidentally, I told my husband that I wanted to stop eating eggs for a while because I know they have a high allergenic potential, but I had no ideas on what to make. I absolutely loved the content of this video. Thank you! ♥️
That is a funny coincidence! I'm glad to hear that you are experimenting with your own diet and taking the time to figure out what works for you! I'd like to know how you found removing eggs and if you are planning to reintroduce them again! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
YAS THANK YOU!! I love eggs, but not sure if they’re lovin’ me… Can confirm - your recipes are not boring!! By no means! I honest to goodness do feel profoundly overwhelmed by all the information and recipes out there… and did not realize that was the problem. I Thought it was just me! Bless you 🥹 I am here for the content ( also the music, tbh every video it’s a real bop) so no pressure, but I hope you keep doing what your doing. It’s really helping ppl (me 😂)
You are so welcome! So glad to hear I am not the only ones that just likes to have the same staple meals! So glad that you are liking the content, I will definitely keep it up! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Great video, as always! I have no idea what someone found boring about what you eat! Your meals are always beautiful, tasty, and nutritious! Have a wonderful week!😊❤🎉🎉
I don’t find your meals boring. I’m diabetic and I find a lot of good ideas from what you prepare to make my own meals less boring. Also, the color of that salmon is amazing! ❤
I love the meals you prepare, nothing boring about it. I personally am repetitive with my meals because i like something and its heathy i will keep eating it. We are very similar in our eating habits. So please dont change a thing. I watch your videos daily.
Who said your meals are boring? 😮 it's so colourful and delicious and pretty and healthy. I have to try the tuna salade :) Thank you Claire for this video ❤
Thank you for sharing what you eat, it means a lot to me as I'm trying to be healthier. I work full time as secondary teacher and I'm a single parent of 3 adult kids with needs and I'm worried that I'll not be able to care for them as I should. In the past months I worked to simplify my life with tools and gadgets that make my daily chores easier. Recently I started looking at food and I figured out that simple and consistent is the best way forward. What can I buy at my local grocery store that is the best I can afford and it's nutritious? With this in mind I started making better choices
Thank you so much for the comment and sharing some of your story!! I am so glad that you are finding value from the content and are finding ways to implement changes for your specific situation. I always find that simple and consistent is best when it comes to your health! I have no doubt that you focusing on your health will help you show up the best you can for your kids and everyone else in you life. I like the idea of going to the local store and seeing what you can find. Shopping seasonally, frozen veggies and plant sources of protein are always my best best when trying to stick to a budget when it comes to food! Hope that helps 💚
Ah love your channel. I recently had to say goodbye to my ND because everything in CA is so expensive. But now I have some food inspiration and I can’t eat eggs so wahoo! Thanks ❣️
So glad you found the video helpful!! I am sorry to hear you can't see your ND. But I am here to support you on your health journey in any way that I can! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
For those who don't like eggs, chickpea and tofu scrambles could be one way to up your protein in the morning in addition to the dairy sources Dr Lockridge shared.
Hey! It's mostly out of personal preference. I try to eat beans because they are so great for you, but I don't find myself wanting them very much. Hope that helps 💚
Your food choices are not boring at all. Don’t pay attention to boring complex people comments. You’re a Naturopathic Dr, not a chef. Decent people understand you are eating what’s good for you. If they want something else, there are other channels they can check out and bug.
Thank you so much for this comment!! Sometimes it feels you have to be "everything" on line! But yes, at the end of the day I am here to share health information and how to eat more whole foods. There are SO MANY amazing channels that focus more on recipes! 💚💚💚
Great video ❤ I have a question: Does a 30-year-old benefit from eating eggs and drinking milk the same benefit as a child? What is the best food to strengthen bones?
So, bone health is important at any age. The main reason milk is known for being good for bone health is the calcium component. The key nutrients for bone health are calcium, vitamin D, Phosphorus, Vitamin K, magnesium and adequate protein. Dairy products are high in calcium, but soy, leafy greens, and fish are also high in calcium. Vitamins D is critical for calcium absorption and utilization within the bones, so making sure that your levels are adequate is essential (that can be through a blood test). As I say, with everything, there is no one food that will make or break your health; it is about creating a nutrient-dense diet. With that being said, sardines are my top food for bones because they are high in protein, omega 3s, vitamin D and calcium. Strength training can also be amazing for bone health (placing stress on the bones can help stimulate them to grow stronger). You can also utilize tools like DEXA scans to assess your bone mineral density level. I know that was a lot! Hope that helps 💚
Do you have a What I Eat in a day that includes a lot of potassium (recommended daily value)? It seems so difficult to eat 4,700 mg a day. But maybe I’m overthinking.
I don't have a video on that topic. I know that getting a lot of potassium can be challenging. I really like the NIH fact sheet on potassium because it gives a list of high-potassium foods! I will link that page below for a reference! Hope that helps 💚 Link: ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Potassium-HealthProfessional/
Love you’re what I eat in a day or week videos 🫶I wanted to ask you about that good culture cottage cheese that I really want to try n unfortunately it’s only in state … did you like it ?
I liked it! It is hard to find organic cottage cheese here (I usually use the brand Organic Meadows for dairy, but their cottage cheese has some gums and fillers in it). I would say if you are across the boarder for any reason it would be worth picking up!
Your food choices are not boring. I enjoy watching your videos and what you eat.
Aww thanks! Sometimes I worry that the meals get repetitive! But I am so glad to hear that you like the content! Thank you so much for the comment!💚

My husband and I eat eggs almost every breakfast, so this was good inspiration to mix things up a bit, thank you🥰!
You are very welcome! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
I find with chicken or turkey meatballs you have to add ingredients with that add moisture. Such as ricotta cheese or greek yogurt
Yes, I thought of that after the fact! But a great suggestion I will take into account next time! Thank you so much for the comment!💚

Hi Claire, just to know...why don't you include legumes or beans (except soy) in your meals? Thanks for the answer ❤
