What a beautiful location! I couldn't stop gasping at the beauty of the stone/terra cotta in the ceilings - shades of everything from aquamarine to black - really exceptional and unique. Obviously a lot of thought has gone into this beautiful restoration, and what a treat it is to see it. Not sure about the shower in the middle of the room - where does one put the soap and shampoo? And who gets to clean up all the water afterward? Oh, my - someone didn't think this through very well! LOL Beautiful property all around. Thank you Danilo.

Solo la posizione di quel terreno.. calcolando che è in cima ad una collina immersa nella natura di una stupenda Toscana, io ci andrei a vivere pure dentro a una catapecchia!.. A quel prezzo.. ne avessi la possibilità!.. Purtroppo a 65 anni, l'età dei rimorsi e delle somme di una vita di sbagli, anche se vissuta.. malamente ma vissuta.. certe visioni non fanno che amplificare i rimpianti; si è bello sognare ma.. fa male .. molto male! Ciao Danilo. I like the pool area. The kitchen isn't an ideal style, a bit cool and commercial, so buyers might need to redo that slightly, but the rest of it is nicely renovated and with Tuscan charm.
Another Fab Villa Looks Amazing. The Villa and the Guest House are Just Turn key nothing to do only open the Front Door. The Kitchens and Living Areas are a Great Size The Bathrooms are the Biggest I've ever Seen. The Swimming Pool Area looks Amazing Surrounded by Beautiful Ceinary, Great Jym and Changing Area and Games Room. Danilo this is My Favourite SoFar This Year. These ideas are wonderfully thought out. But is there air conditioning in any of the buildings? and is it an easy fix with mini-split air conditioners?

I don't like the rooms on the first floor of the Main Building, they retain nothing of the character of the villa: there is not a single exposed beam, there are no terracotta ceilings, nor even the slightest insert of exposed stone on the walls. And except for the majestic huge fireplace, in the 2nd bedroom, they could easily be described as the interior of a modern contemporary city apartment, certainly not like the interiors of a Tuscan palace
Purtroppo si è salvaguardato quasi niente della sua autenticità ,a parte alcuni soffitti e camini, ed è un vero peccato! Tra l'altro importare la pietra dalla Puglia quando il cotto toscano la fa da padrone mi spiace ma personalmente non approvo. Ultimo ma non ultimo i due cuscini uk sul divano anche no. Non credo che gli Inglesi addobbino i loro divani con cuscini a tema bandiera Italiana! P.S naturalmente ho voluto solo esprimere il mio gusto personale !!!
