Loved the movie over twenty years ago. It was a movie that made me weep knowing the it was a true story. I am so happy now to know he was saved and he is truly home. See you in heaven one day brother.
I absolutely loved the movie 8 seconds but after watching this I wish they would remake it and make his commitment to Christ part of the movie. Thank you to whoever made this!
Alot of the movie wasn't true Cody lambert never wrote poetry lanes dad wasn't an asshole to him Kelly didn't have an affair with a guy name Martin Hudson
My son just turned 5 months. His name is Lane. Knew first time after watching 8 seconds and researching him after when I was younger I would name my first son Lane if God blessed me with a son. I am very blessed!
My grandson who is 11 now would watch the movie over and over every time they were on a road trip. When he started mutton busting at 4-5 years old, he’d land on the ground, dust himself off and do the Lane Frost wave! He rode mini bulls the year before the pandemic hit us and he’d still do that little wave. He hasn’t ridden in a while, but he will always love the stories about Lane Frost, his hero!
I was throwing garbage when I found out he had died, don't know how long I cried on the back of that truck ,heck still crying now watching this and I'm 63
It's amazing how some people come into our lives with such a profound affect. I was riding bulls towards the end of Lane's life and was never blessed with the opportunity to meet him at the time. I'd heard about him and his pranks on the road, but also about his amazing personality. He truly was a blessing to this world in countless ways. Rest well brother. Much love and respect.
*Lane* was the best of the best in my book. A good man with a great talent who will never be forgotten by his fans, friends and his family who all *Loved* *Lane* . *(Rest in Peace Cowboy)*
Lane never saw the ambulance ride bodacious would have delivered. We were at one where some rider was jerked off bo, said his boy didn't want him to get hurt BS.
@@Jaisee14 , even here in Germany we remember him with ore and inspiration. He has gone at that faithful day in the mud and rain in july in Cheyenne. He will live forever! Who ever has passion for bullriding knows the name: Lane Frost, the smiling cowboy! I still miss him sadly.
It s is awesome that Lane is still bringing the lost to Jesus Christ. I'm 3 years older the Lane and everytime I see a story about him I learn something new. God bless all.
@@dwainsellers6453 my Lane is too, other than riding bulls. He's turning 9 in a few weeks. I still have time to see if he'll try. Both my son's know I used to rodeo, but they don't have any interest in it......yet..... hopefully!
Watching Lane wave his hands was such cool thing. Nope, never knew him personally, but saw him ride on tv. Got his cowboy Bible on the shelf. Good to see this. Thank you.
I love you Lane Frost you are the best friend ever I will always love you rest in peace my brother and my friend I love you so much forever and always 💕💕
Lane is like the brother I've never had I will always love and miss him no matter how long it's been ever since he had passed the best man that has ever shown the most incredible Talent in the world bull riding I will always remember Lane Frost and always keep him in my mind in my heart may God bless and keep him we all miss you Lane no matter where you are Cowboy keep on smiling my heart also goes out to mrs. Elsie Frost and Clyde Frost I will keep the family in my prayers always my mother nature bless and keep you always
You folks already know how fortunate you were to know him, I just wish I could have been friends with him. I watched his movie and when he had nothing to give a kid he took off his jeans and gave them. I suspect that is true. Heck of a man.
I grew up around Lane and his family went to high school with his brother Cody I remember Lane coming to our grade school talking to us about bull riding he was a good Cowboy and his Dad wasn’t the ass the movie made him out to be that was Hollywood BS !!! The Frost are good people!!!!

Lane Frost was like he was part of the bull he was on. He knew every move the bull was going to make before the bull did. Tuff was his partner and he was just as good as Lane. What’s the odds in 2 friends going on the road together and turning out to be the 2 greatest bull riders in the world at the time. God bless his parents and his wife that family will never be the same now that Lane is gone. But they’ll see him again in heaven because people like Lane make it there🙏
It really is a shame that lane left this world at such a young age. But I think he’s very happy in heaven seeing the way his life and his example inspires people. After all these years people still remember him and talk about and tell how he inspires them especially with their desire to come Christ if they haven’t done so yet. God bless the Frost family.
My Prayers and Heart, still to this goes out to The Frost Family, Family Friends, Fans and All That Continue to keep his Legacy. It's still hard to believe that he is gone. As we all know Lane is with God. 🙏🙏🙏
Lane is my hero he i look up to him I'm only 21 and he's still the best bull riders I've ever watched I watch his videos every night before bed wishing I could ride bulls and be like him
He must have been double tough, too (most cowboys are)! Saw him hang up to a bramer in Dallas that nearly hooked the life out of him (seems like he just laid there behind the chutes for a while. But, just days latter he stuck it on a waspy brindle in Hope Arkansas (think he was winning it).

I never laid eyes on him never knew him but in my spirit of a child of God I felt something so strong and I said this man knows God and I did no he was saved until this video so my spirit of knowing he was not of this world he was in it but not of it money things of the world worldliness that is what I felt was a man that his ticket was stamped to inter heaven on that day of riding the bull 🐂 for the last time he is in good hands now believe me my brother in God almighty Jesus Christ amen
I never knew Lane Frost personally. I wish I had, he just had a way about him when you see him in videos and on television that just drew you in and you wanted to be his friend. He would be around my age and I still think of what he might be doing today if he was still here. But I know God don't make mistakes and he took Lane that day for a reason. Maybe you know that reason. But I still miss him 32 years later and wish I had, had the opportunity to have met him in person. His life still impacts me today. Always Remembered!
Never met Lane sadly. But I have watched his riding and the Hollywood movie of course. Sounds like Hollywood didn't get things quite right again! I did meet Tuff and others that were friends/family on one occasion and from what I saw he was the type of man every man should be. And of course a great bull rider. Hats off to you Lane.
