It took me a bit to figure out as well. You gotta go talk to that guy in Westmarch, and go to the zone he mentions. Then the scavenger hunt to look a random red storm. It's funny on the days he mentions Storm point, he also talks about an island to the south... 😂 Wth blizzard?
I also forgot to add that you will see an icon on your map that looks like a red cyclone but not on the world map, is that makes sense. Glad you found it

i cant seem to find the red storm in stormpoint. Do you know where it is or is it randomM
It's random it appears but I encountered it in the prison in the far corners of the room.
